a buyer is a buyer and his right is to negotiate a lower price.

a person who refers a buyer will get the finders fee.

but as we are not stupid but smart people we know that a buyer who read the thread will ask a friend to introduce him to get the finders fee............

I show many pictures on the links I posted  and dont want to show bedrooms etc because I live there. but kitchen need to be renewed but this the buyer needs to decide if he wants an open american kitchen or as is but new.

yes 500 btc but please understand as the asking price is 3 million USD in btc the finders fee is usd 200k = about 500 btc as today.

I am very eager to make the deal against btc so all will make history. but to be frank if a customer wants to split fiat and btc I will sell also.
