I'll work out something explaining the plan better people... We just want to create a nxt token, or whatever its called.. lol.. anyways the swap has good qualities other than the obvious downside. Attracting new interest, rebooting the coin so its almost "brand new" again. I need to hire people to help me on the FPS.. those screens i released a few weeks ago were from chain of conflict. My Project I am working alone on now is Chain of Conflict.... To get an Idea of all the things I'm doing purely on my own atm and have been for 2 months now I've included a list of all the assigned tasks I have to do to create this game. I've listed them also with the difficulty behind them, at least according to my opinion and considering the fact I have trouble learning new things. Chain of Conflict Assigned Tasks: * Level Design(Easy) * 3D Modeling either with Blender or AutoCad 3DSMaxx (Easy - Medium) * Texturing/UV Mapping the models (Easy - Medium) * Learn UnityScript/C#/JavaScript (Medium-Hard) * Character Modeling/Rigging/Animations(Medium-Hard) * Weapon Modeling/Rigging/Animations(Medium-Hard) Theres a playable demo online, but this is solely all me, its no where near the level kalisto was doing, but I'm already learning at a really fast pace.. ive only been working since late october/early november. Things to consider about my version of the game: * It is NOT multiplayer yet * You have NO real Weapons as of yet, but I am working on it, there is a fake laser gun to start with, the model im working on to replace it is very cool. * The map should take a good 20 - 30 minutes to explore * Unlike the beta version from march with premade maps, my map is all original. * Not sure if this version has the hut I was working on in it or not. * Working minimap * Working water, no swimming yet. * No Menus yet. This is the demo link: https://www.ermiscoin.com/FPS/10/Sample10.htmlTo Run: Click "run all plugins" if you click to allow plugins on this page it will NOT work. To go full screen once the demo is loaded: Right click, click Full Screen Anyways the whole Idea behind the swap is 25m would be worth more than 104m or 105m. Dividing the Total by 5 leaves us with 20m that belong to the current holders. No value technically lost because the Total amount is being cut down, so everyones should be divided by 5 to reflect this. The extra 5 mil is to hold an ICO to raise funds to hire people, I'm sure Roslin doesn't work for free, and he is a key level designer, he already created 3 maps for us. We will be creating buy support on the reboot coin2 as well. This isn't a normal swap, its a fresh start but allowing old coin holders to retain what they have purchased as well as allowing new people to jump in as well. Before bitching consider everything I have said in this and play the demo. I know its hosted on the ermis website, but I am also their part time web designer, free space for hosting is free space, not gonna complain. One day it will migrate to Coin2 online, because unlike the bulky EXE files kalisto created, my version is completely lightweight, less than 3mb of files to load and completely browser based.

its no where near the level kalisto was doing Did we lose Kalisto or something? Technically no, but he is focused on another project atm.. he is working on a clone of Dragonball Online.. he wants to integrate coin2 into it as well.. but no telling when he will finish that up.. lets not focus on kalisto though.. lets focus on chain of conflict.. and me working my ass off to learn everything to finish it. There is one thing everyone will like though.. once I get the weapons and character models in and working correctly, I plan to release even if it has only one map for now, not only that my gameplan for chain of conflict is to make it similar to battlefield as far as large maps and longer play time with more people per server. I never really liked the tiny maps on the beta version.. not enough to explore, and u get killed the moment u look away.. Anyways try the demo I released.. the graphics are amazing, at least for browser based.. and no more problems with having to download anything but the Unity Player for whatever browser you use and updating it occasionally Release Schedule (I Don't Like Dates - They bring false hope) Upon completion of Weapons/Characters/1st map Multiplayer mode and 2 Game modes. I will release Chain of Conflict to be played. As more things are are completed I will release updates to the web server. These updates will include anything from extra levels, Coin2 Only Purchase items, new game modes, and new characters and weapons. I know I stated 1st map, but the fact is I have at least 2 completed ones by roslin. They will also be included in the first release, along with the weapons and character models Nikhil made for us. This is the plan for now, if someone really wants to help and be kinda hearted, please search the unity forums for me or even C# or JavaScript forums and find me a programmer. My net is coming from my phone atm and I have already used my data limit for the month.. 2.5gb just isn't enough.. after being throttled it is much worse.. they throttle from 4G down to 2G its like wtf.. lol. So yeah I could honestly use the help with finding someone atm.. and please look for ones that want to work for free and have alot of time, we really can't afford to hire anyone atm. Everyone that works for coin2 is pretty much volunteers.. its been that way since april. Well all of them except Nikhil who was paid back then when the coin value was still up.. I just feel like typing ok.....

King what about those game programmers we hired awhile back to make some/a level. Will that be included as well? I am no programmer so unfortunately no help from me. But I will scour the forums to try to help in anyway fir CoC. Thanks for the update on that.
On a side note. My 2 cents would be to keep the amount of c2 the same fir now. No need to change it up at this very moment. It will cause more cinfusion and grief then needed. Just my 2 cents though. Have a good one bro

First of all thank you KingArbin for your continued support for developing the game and is really appreciated. I still dont think reducing the coins down to 25M will help. After so many scams, people will be reluctant to buy into any IPO/ICO now. Most of the nxt assets, they do weekly/monthly dividends which may not be possible with C2. If the ICO happens lets do the calculation You have 5M for ICO At the current market rate, the price/coin is around 40sat. With the 1/5th reduction, the price of the coin becomes 40x5 = 200sat If all the ICO coins are bought (which is highly unlikely -- as it would be hard to convince people, why they would invest in the ICO, when the coin is cheaply available in the exchanges) you will end up with 5M x 200 = 10BTC. Do you think 10BTC is enough to pay the existing developers, find new devs and put up a buy wall? C2 is being running on the game promises, since its arrival, and when people realised that nothing is happening the price got tanked.

I'm down for the reduction and public offering 😊 it will just have to be planned and executed very well along with maybe presenting your initial release. I think just the bct threads prove the long term dedication/legitimacy of the community/devs. Only problem I see though is that now an Fps isn't as groundbreaking as it was last feb so if it isn't quality and it gets released for the rebranding then it might be a big waste if we don't offer up better/bigger projects. We also would have to keep everything 100% open in terms of funds/progress/expenditures and not spend on petty things like fans or have childish lashouts from any devs😈 Sounds mean, but it turns off investors/hurts the image. With the rebranding, there should be a image upholstering to look, act, and become more organized/professional. I don't mean for anything to be offensive. 2nd paragraph is just an observation of what I think turned off alot of the more serious investors

From Wheelz what about those game programmers we hired awhile back
As far as the designers we hired back in july go, they kinda just ran off with what we paid them and didnt even give us the level files.. but since i've taken up blender now I might be able to recreate the stadium map, the guy that designed it was just learning how to make games at the time anyway.. so not much of a big loss and I still have a basic copy of his level without texturing, so definately shouldn't be hard. From Wheelz I will scour the forums to try to help in anyway fir CoC
Thanks man, greatly appreciated From Bluedude C2 is being running on the game promises, since its arrival
Actually in the beginning it was being run as a green energy coin, one that was being used to conserve the power bills people are paying to physically mine coins with their mining units or gpus. I got to talking with Joel back then and came up with the idea of me and kalisto creating a facebook game that used the coin, then kalisto had the idea to make a first person shooter. From MiningSensei Only problem I see though is that now an Fps isn't as groundbreaking as it was last feb
You are thinking about the other version, the one made with Unreal Engine 4, which was june, not febuary. The one I am creating is using the same engine as the beta version from march, Unity3D. None of us really agreed with switching, but Kalisto said it was his way or the highway at the time, but what can u do.. lol.. Anyways compare the screenshots from march to the Browser based demo version that is out now, the graphics have improved greatly, nothing on the level of Unreal Engine 4, but I don't really understand that game engine and I am more comfortable with unity, mostly graphics depend on lighting, so as I get better over time I will be releasing updated versions of the maps I have currently. From MiningSensei childish lashouts from any devs
My bad, lol ********************************************************************* Wow, so much to respond to, love it, and I hope we can get things going soon. Also as far as the swap, I will hold it off for now. Would need to find a dev that has time.. kalisto is all up in his dragonball and I don't wanna bug him considering I just had him fix the github source, it was missing files when he uploaded. Anyway feel free to ask us questions, Me or Chad(Zyronx) will answer them, or both of us will, sometimes we have different opinions.

Thanks man, when I get home later today I'm gonna transfer all the stuff I have been working with on my laptop to my desktop, and maybe push out a new demo, damn laptop is horrible for game design but at least blender works ok on it.. have just been toying with it and practicing custom texturing without images.. i've been getting better. Anyways I'll also upload some screenshots of some of the stuff I have that isn't in the current demo so everyone can know what to expect once they get to try the newest one. I am hoping the community will become active once again since CoC is being actively worked on. I like talkin to u guys and the silence is kinda killer when you guys wanted updates. I am giving them to you as fast as I can.

As some of you may be aware, the Global Game Jam http://globalgamejam.org/ is coming up in a couple weeks. I really want Coin2 to sponsor an online jam on the Construct2 forum to participate in this. The winner "decided by votes on this forum" gets some BTC, help integrating their game into the C2 wallet, and some C2 for payouts from their game. Potentially runner ups could get some other prizes that we would need to donate. I've got a mobo, CPU, GPU I could donate. If anyone else has any gear collecting dust that could make a good 2nd or 3rd place prize, that would be cool. We need everyone who is on the board and those who are invested in C2 like myself to come together to create a pot of BTC for this event. I'm as broke as anyone, but I'm willing to put up 0.1 BTC for this cause if we can raise at least 0.5 BTC for the prize. I think we all know that C2 needs some new buzz. This is how we do it. We could be the Game Jam Coin. The new website http://nickquest.com/coin2/ is just about ready to go. It's official release could coincide with the Jam. Sorry it took so long to get it together, but it was hard to budget much time for it without compensation. I think it looks pretty good, but it's still light on content. We need games. I've finally made some progress integrating HitBox (a Stencyl game) into the wallet, it's not there yet, but it's close. Brian is keeping at it with Chain of Conflict, but we need some original content in the arcade like pronto. Let's make this happen.

If you think the C2 game jam idea is a good one, then support it with that few Satoshi you've got lying around.

I came up with this as a possible logo for the Construct2 centered game jam. Construct2 + Coin2 = C4. Explosive possibilities! Of course I'm still not going to go through with this if I can't get some people to put up a very little BTC with me for a prize to be awarded to the best game made for C2, with C2. We can't just offer C2 at this point. The price is too low. I will reiterate. I'll donate 0.1 BTC. I would like to have a pot of at least 0.5 to offer as a prize and incentive for people to make games for Coin2. Please just post here to pledge with me or PM me. If there is any interest here, I will post a BTC address for deposits. To all those out there like me who took a chance on an interesting yet risky investment. Help me to make it pay off.

Gotta have some great characters for the game other than the banker and sigorne croft, lol, so yeah I backed off from putting out a new demo and I have been working all day on modeling this from Nick's character from hitbox..

Thanks wheelz1200, but unfortunately at current prices it would take like 1,300,000 C2 to be equivalent to the 0.4 additional BTC I want to raise. Personally I think if anyone should shell out that kind of C2 for the community, it should be taken from the reserve fund. Not being a dev, I don't have any say over that, but I wouldn't imagine them being too keen on dumping that much C2 at these prices to fund this little experiment. This endeavor is advertising, but it's also much more than that. We would be essentially paying for new content all while making it a fun social event. We tried offering C2 for new games for a while with no takers. We want the Coin2 arcade to be a viable platform for indie games like newgrounds or kongregate only with Coin2 as the life blood of the whole system. We need people to be willing to integrate with the wallet and trust us to host their game on our server. Once there is an established case of this working and content available, it may attract content creators on it's own. But for now it is completely unproven and theoretical. It needs a monetary incentive other than the very currency it is trying to promote.
