This hashrate is for EVGA GTX 1070 FTW at full TDP. MSI GTX 1070 works perfect too, however on gigabyte gtx 1070 cards, windforce OC reboots system after a random amount of time and G1 gaming completely freezes the system.

I believe that there are some memory alignment issues, but cuda-memcheck and cuda-gdb report no problem.

Anyone else had issues with x17 from alexis version of ccminer?

I buy private Nvidia miners. Send information and/or inquiries to my PM box.

Too much OC ?

I have tried lowering the OC, but same story. When too much OC on EVGA and MSI, I get some illegal memory acceses, but that's no problem.
Problem is only with Gigabyte cards. I tried contacting Gigabyte, but they don't provide support for linux wtf?
I am speaking now with someone from nvidia to see if this is a driver or a bios issue. Most likely is something wrong in my code, but can't track the problem since cuda-memcheck doesn't report any error,
also nothing in system logs.

I am seeing here some crazy prices for the xevan ccminer, sounds tempting Cheesy

FYI, in case you would like to make your XEVAN ccminer for public, you could claim the bounty of 1000 BSD here

Solo mining BSD with 4 rigs, will make that bounty in 3 days,  I see no point in publishing it at this moment when profit is 2.5x-3x more than any other coin on whattomine.

Wow, what was that all about?

(-;

Rumor is that sp_ sold his farm and opened a major usd short position and is now trying to talk usd down even more.

Looks like total nethash of major algos is not rising anymore, can it be true? Bensam is monitoring those closely and might have facts. Eth+etc was 8.5T before zec launch, now it's 106T.

These last mining quarters have been really boring last three years, we'll see if we have fourth in a row...

I am a bit confused...please correct me if I'm wrong.

sp_ has a new miner for Xevan algo and it's working properly but it won't be send for 0.05BTC as always to his supporter?

If it's true it's not very kind and unfair to his supporter/buyer.... I hoped I found a reliable programmer with some support we would have both a win/win situation.
Never was against his fees or costs...because he did the work. Was always looking for a fair situation for both partners only.
My mining setup is currently horrible...my electricity costs can be almost paid but thats all...searching for a solutions but without a progress currently.

Appreciate if sp_ could help with his new xevan nvidia miner...if its really working and available.

If I'm wrong I apologies starting some rumors.

No need to be confused, sp_ isn't selling his farm. It's boring here, that's all...

About the only interesting thing there is going on right now is that skunk clusterfuck. Fun to watch.

Not sure how this is related to sp_ modded opensource nvidia kernels.

Why should it die if it is running stock memory and below stock gpu clocks with downvolting?

Maybe SP_ could do a Monero mod, to help them resist the urge to flash their cards with the RX Vega 64 bios Grin

Look at reports on HBM2 pricing, then you would realise Samsung is binning their HBM2 yields.

Samsung is giving AMD a big discount to take the lowest binned units, which is why AMD can hit the $400 price point with RX Vega 56.

The best binned units of HBM2 sell for around $150 for 8GB.

It is pretty clear, the HBM2 on RX Vega 56 is long way off that rating for quality and voltage tolerances.

The fact is you don't need to even flash vega64 bios to vega56 to run xmr fast.
Even with its 1.25v HBM2 Vega56 can handle modest 920mhz memory clock and it is enough for 1.8kh/s.
Eth is different story with needed higher memclock and power ...
