That's the usual SP for you. Cheesy Smart wallets are disabled pretty much everywhere (cryptopia, hitbtc, stocks), someone pumped the coin a bit and here you go, SP is showing super high profits in the thread. Grin You can't sell them at this price, and when the exchanges will finally open — the price will plummet down as it usually does (happened many times with smart already). So no one will get anything close to what that screenshot from the post above suggests.

If you can't exchange your coins why do you blame SP?

i didn't show a super high profit.

I just showed that smartcash has risen +300% in 24 hours. and is now #33 on the coinmarketcap.com 's top 100 altcoins by MCAP.

It's not about me being able to exchange coins (I don't have any smartcash right now so don't really care about that). It's about SP's questionable advertising ethics. He's promoting his mod by posting a screenshot with the supposed current profit for smartcash but he's omitting one very crucial detail (as he often does) — which is the sorry state of the smartcash network right now. Some bugs were found in the code (again), pools were on a fork and weren't paying etc, so the wallets are disabled on all exchanges, and when it happens there's often a pump. As soon as the wallets are enabled again (which might take another week or smth, no one knows for sure) the price will plummet (as it always does with smartcash when this happens), so whatever profits that screenshot suggests are very far from reality. That's bad advertising, plain and simple — to show someone how much you could make but not mention that you can't actually sell any of those coins anywhere.

Yeah, sure, and you did that simply because you have a good heart and you care so much about other miners.  Cheesy Oh, wait, no, you did this to make people want to buy your keccak mod.

baikal x10 can mine skein and myr-groestl, so they are both gone, only memory intensive algo are safe for now, if they start developing asic for that gpu world is screwed
Do you expect a price dump on those coins targeted by Baikal ASICs? Will it be a short term dump of cheaply-mined coins or a long term trough?
For most of these X* and Blake coins, 30-100 Baikals would be equal to the net hashrate. I still have to research the individual difficulty adjustment period, but I'm bearish on all these coins. AFAIK, Baikal doesn't wield the financial power of Bitmain, to carry on a permabull scenario for those coins.
Would appreciate a healthy debate.

Yeah, Smartcash can be mined with my keccak mod. At the current price it's like $50 a day on the 1080ti if the price isn't tanking.

I don't need to do any marketing, you are doing the job for me. Thanks.

What about gtx 1070 and 1080 ti?

12.5 and 22. But with 80% tdp you get around 12 and 21

I don't want to se my hard work stolen and spread. Might consider to sell to one buyer for 1 btc.
Or do a buyinn with a fee.

Are there people actually buying 1080tis for $1500?

I understand like $900 maybe even $950, but $1500? That's quite a few more months of unpredictable mining just to make return.

I buy private Nvidia miners. Send information and/or inquiries to my PM box.

As a doctor of computer sience I appreciate your work. Please, don't give up doing popular products. If you start to sell your mods only for big farm you and your thread will lost the vast majority of subscribers.
