Your math is way off. a 1 million dollar farm would roi my mod in 1-2 days.

nist5 is a mature algo wich is optimized pretty good already. The last few percent are the profitable percents. Take a look at EWFB, DSTM or the claymore miners. They offer a small speedup for a high fee. (2%) This is because the equilhash algo is difficult to make faster.

You deserve to be paid well for your work.

IMO you would be better off changing your licensing scheme.  Charging individual licensing fees leaves you open to piracy.  It is also cost prohibitive for the small miner who would take a long time to recover your fee.

Consider releasing the miner to all however consider inserting built in fee which pays you when every person runs your software.  This is like the case for many other clients out there.  Doing this helps protect you better from piracy and allows all people to benefit from the client you produce instead of just large operations who can more easily justify the fee you are charging now.

To locate the issue of your rig, add the buffersize of the console to 9999 lines. Then you can scroll back to find when the switching occur.

what are the speed burst do you expect, SP?
I'm actually think that SP2 mod for btc is most OKis for me, the speed is good, the cards are not hungs and no fee.
if your sp6 will have 20% over sp2 mod, then I can switch.. if not.. then I'll stick with old one
