That's an awesome suggestion!  Giving each dispensary 500-1000 free CANNs to give 1 free coin to each patient, perhaps making them install the wallet to first get the coin.

Or.. phuck that big pharma/ profiteer mentality and just give them their medicine ! phphs ! Wink

It would be nice to see the devs get out and visit other smoke shops and dispensaries to just give out CANN merchandise and promo gear. It would be even better if the devs got out there and took pictures with the new shops they visit with the new supporting shop employees wearing the given away gear. Giving the shops some free CANN is almost free advertising and adds support to the coin and the community itself. You guys should hire a promotions team in your local area. Hire 2-3 dependable promo team members and have them spread CANN as much as they can. Do you guys have a CANN merchandise store yet? Call 20% of merchandise sales a reinvestment back into the market to buy coins off the market, and 60% into more operating equipment, and 10% into promotions trips and events, and throw the other 10% back to the community with a nice faucet.

I read through these forums and it looks like a lot of people are just speculating on prices and not showing real support. It starts with a strong community. Make some info graphics, make some stickers, make some t-shirts. Would the community support a CANN store, or is there already one?

Questing as a new follower to this coin, I noticed that the price significantly crashed with all of the publication and negative hype. (Fact or Not)

So my real question is how does this project stay sustainable if users can trade it in as a gram per coin. If this was really the case then why isn't the price reflective of what a gram recreational costs at shop where it is legal. I would absolutely expect the price to eventually catch up but it's lagged quite a bit.

I always will support a coin with a purpose, and this coin is the frontrunner out of all Alternate Coins, but I would love to be brought up to speed!

i think one factor is that although we know the system works,

i'd think that there are a lot of patients at the HWS that have android phones, but i doubt if many have cannabiscoin wallet apps.

perhaps if there were a one time cannabiscoin faucet at each dispensary it would motivate more people to get on board?

I echo the support behind nexter's idea.  Good thinkin dude! Wink

This is a fantastic idea, especially if you could sell merchandise like shirts, hats, bumper stickers, ect... that could be sold online for CannabisCoin to all states and even other countries. That would help out with states that have yet to accept CannabisCoin or states like mine that have no intentions to legalize anytime soon.

Medical Marijuana has been legal in DC for a few years now however dispensaries were never allowed. This most recent midterm election presented prop. 71 to legalize completely however yet again as your CNN article points out its still illegal to sell cannabis in DC and being that DC is a district not a state the now majority Republican Congress can over rule the decision to legalize which it looks like they will. I live 20 mins outside of DC but work there and DC residents kinda get the shaft not being a state, they pay taxes just like everybody however residents of DC dont have house or senate representation and were only able to vote for president as of 1961. Lots of DC residents have bumper stickers saying "No Taxation Without Representation". I would love it if DC did legalize the sale of cannabis because I would claim residence there instead of Virginia in a heartbeat.

I will see what I can do. I'll see if I can find the source code for DOGEMART and just convert it over to CANNMART, and throw it on a server. Anyone else have experience in this field that would like to help? '

Is there a CANN casino yet?

It looks like CANN is at a floor around 2000 to 2500.

I was hoping it would go lower but I guess not. Time to start buying.

Pay close attention to what has been happening since the price plummeted. Steady volume but no real price fluctuation = accumulation.

Major pump coming on next announcement

I'm not an investor but this is my thinking also.

I think, this coin is still one of the only altcoins, that has a real value in the future. Mostly because there is a real development with already very good results. D9 is doing a very good Job.

That the Price now is so low, is in case of impatience of daytraders it seems. i bought in again today because it seems to have reached the bottom now at 24sat.

I don't think that all the altcoins will survive, because all/most of the very important features which the altcoins offer, could be implemented in the Bitcoin Blockchain. Do you agree with that? Roll Eyes Cheesy
