New IP with Port 8337 down again
It was my fault, forgot to set rights on a config file. This will not be repeated again.

Are we clear to start mining again?

Thanks, working, but still RPC errors. Need a new client to test now.

And another couple of dozen lines with a bit more time spacing in between.
Using "swepool.net" as address / IP, on Port 8337.

Back up again... And I just noticed that it actually isn't the PPS pool with the lowest fee. 2% better than deepbit, but 3% worse than continuum.
How do you figure?

I never understood how to work those things out properly to be honest, and the pools don't exactly make a comparison or show you how, either.

There should be a master table of potential income vs cost of all the pools, but instead just a thousand other kinds of threads open up. Tongue

Is it this pay per share value?
Like:

0.00010577564409762  swepool
0.00008373444628058 continuum (if I interpret the figure correctly, I think -e5 means -10 high 5, so 5th digit)
0.00007931496901107  deepbit

these correct?

Ho-Hum.

Now I dont know your timezone, but we has just changed server and there may been a delay when DNS was changing.

Ok, please notify me if you get same errors with terminal client.

No, swepool pays 0.000081077523877986, the one in first post is updated by me and the one on swepool.net is updated automatically.

swepool is back up and running. (@ 41.4 GHash/s)
I just switched from deepbit to swepool and was a little shocked about the downtime. they should announce downtimes a little better.

If you by "they" mean swepool, I'll announce this better in the future. There should be no more downtimes from now.

Guys, DNS for top level domains can take up to 24 hours to be refreshed.  So expect that long for swepool.net to be updated with the new IP.

Also, Justsomeforumuser - The difficulty went up about 10 hours ago so the figures would have changed.  Check again Smiley

Had to disconnect this morning due to massive fail (disconnect, stale, communication problems galore).

Miner is back up and pointed at swepool.net:8337 with great results!  Only two stales since noon!

Join back up, everybody.

Dinox - can you possibly add a feature to reset the share count for workers?  I like to reset when the difficulty goes up.  Helps me keep track of payments better...

Cheers

Looks like it actually.  Connection to port 80 is successful but no response.  httpd probably overloaded.

I switched back do slush's pool.
