i am sure xc and blocknet are going to be ok if dan able to clean up his image and stop trying to accumulate more btc. if he's only focus with xc and blocknet and no more scam entity to diluting his current projects then i believed xc will thrive. no more code review, this would only related him to scam coins even though he's just review part of the coin project. i am sure there are more stuffs to be add to xc even if the roadmap have been met. this would make everyone happy.

XC inc do not dilute anything it will be a public software company where you can Invest in, people that have XC will get a certain percentage of that company share for each XC they own. The amount has to be decided yet.

It is like investing in tesla same thing they make car that will be Dan's company that will built app on top of XC echosystem for third party companies. Nobody will force anyone to invest in it as none is forcing anyone to invest in tesla.

Doing so means that your BTC will go into escrow and be spent developing the Blocknet's tech.

In other words, nobody (not even Dan) will be able to pay bitcoins to themselves by buying Blocknet shares.

All of the funds raised go into escrow and will be spent based on voting by the Foundation board (which, in turn, represents the community here and is accountable to them).

The only possible incentives for both insiders and outsider to buy BLOCK is that
- they'll be worth more someday.
- they'll create in incredible technology

i'm pretty shure they took and take your suggestions serious and work on it but you can't just snip you finger and have the type of professional response that you outlined layed out. meanwhile you still have to be present so its a balance act. synechists job is not so easy atm.
