I'm excited to introduce our new marketing group!

About the marketing groupSeveral people expressed an interest in working on marketing, and so we took the simplest and most direct action: formed a group to get things done. Here's how it's conceived:
- This group is
voluntary. Anyone may join if you are interested in contributing. Just send any of us a message
on Slack describing how you'd want to get involved.
- This group is
non-controlling. Anyone is welcome to do marketing outside of this group, with no-one's permission. (In any case, no-one could stop you, even if we tried.)
- This group is
contributive and
non-executive. The group is about doing things, not about controlling things. It'll do marketing, but it won't assume sole responsibility for marketing, so if you have an idea, by all means propose it, but also consider doing it yourself, and consider joining the group if that works for you.
