DRK is still undervalued. DRK and all crypto currencies are still in price discovery so 70% rise after a drop to 50% is not unrealistic. DRK has decent volume.

XC at comparison is extremely undervalued, but this is likely due to no to little volume.
Blockchain is hard to valuate until we know fee structure, also has little volume.

Oh...as i see you are PRO
Tell me what is the real price of DRK or XC if it undervalued? ofc no with: i believe, i think or another guesses, with facts or formula.

I knew this ITO would be a success, you can't keep a good crew down.

Thanks! It was an extremely tough battle, and I must say it was close.

The price is dropping, how is it a success? Unless of-course you mean devs have successfully collected 960 BTC

Yes I think that's what he means.

The price is currently recovering from the shock of a dump. It's unclear whether it'll go down again at all.

DRK is rising because instant transaction has been demoed to work. If you look at where the coins currently are and ignore where they are going and the speed they are going there at DRK is truly one of the strongest money transmitters in crypto. I don't think their tech is the best, but it is the most widely used of all the anon coins, and the volume alone brings security. Masternodes are by concept semi centralization, but because they are so many it is compared to all coins decentralized, just not as scalable as other tech in my opinion. But the semi centralization of masternodes enables cool features like the instant transactions. So stop hating on DRK, we don't need the flame war. Everything is relative and currently you can also mix your BTC with an Exchange and LTC.

The transactions are not instant. It's marketing spin from the DRK team which is something they are very good at.

The DRK dev has said himself that on the live network he expects it to be 20 to 30 seconds not the 2 seconds of the demo.

Why transactions that take 30 seconds to be safe to be spent are called instant I don't know, but I do know if XC was to try and pull a stunt like that there would be 100 trolls with their pitchforks out.

We won!

(For those who aren’t aware yet, the ITO is officially a success.)

Bittrex sold 1,015,377.90

Poloniex sold 432,643.16

BTER sold 448,932.40 (est.)

Coingateway sold 1,979,961.97

Est. total BLOCK sold: 3,876,915.43

Estimated total funds raised in BTC: 969.2288575

Holding of funds

BTC funds are held at exchanges and will be sent to a Bitgo multisig address in due course as per our accountability measures.

Addresses where funds are stored will be published here.

Provable destruction of unsold coins

Unsold BLOCK has been destroyed by being sent to the following unspendable address: BTngbpkVTh3nGGdFdufHcG5TN7hXYuX31z

Burn TX history:

-   Test burn: 2f650ad69e0d905fa4e3a7fdd2dbdd25a1872d20153a6cc0f4ba2001ab7d6334

-   Burn of staked coins: 0e00e9f9e9da56d31b291ee18fbf2ea366b9365b1c8ccb4ad8795ca51c1ab6a8

-   Burn of unsold BLOCK on Poloniex: 020d561005dc2a73d8c4b8b1f98eddfb2b5ba42b6b2ccfcae773227bd571fc08

-   Burn of unsold BLOCK on Bittrex: 078b0cbd334d4b4ce7e253310720648cb8ca5424b35fd9236a5f2832a9fe0aa4

-   Burn of unsold BLOCK on Bter: pending.

-   Burn of unsold BLOCK on CoinGateway: pending.

Details on how proof-of-burn works are available here. The code used for proof-of-burn is here.

The current wallet version seems to be including burnt coins in the coin supply. Some blockchain explorers will also include the burnt coins. You can expect this to be rectified in due course (at least in the case of the wallet).

I just noticed something weird while staking with wallet. Apparently I ''mined a block '' however in the transactions tab it says ''Generated but not accepted mined''
Is it possible to have orphan blocks in POS?
PS. I have been staking normally the past week, just noticed the instance a few mins ago.

Yes you get orphaned blocks in PoS.

It's an analogous situation to PoW: part of the network accepts one version of the chain, and your newly mined (and un-matured) block is on another version. Naturally, the network syncs up and your block is left orphaned.
