We sent a gift cards for our early winners, that haven't deposited anything, so they all got $10 or $20 (like @TheNewAnon135246) completely free. I think it's nice to get such a gift without spending any cent, just for playing on the new platform. After relaunch all gift cards are payed in full amount, you could try it by yourself guys.

5% or 10% doesn't seem that reasonable to me. You could've atleast contacted everybody explaining why you weren't able to pay the full amount. Now you kept promising to pay the full amount and eventually stopped responding and dissapeared for a while.

We've done so and explained everything to users in personal messages, emails and on forums. After that we've started improving the website, implementing a lot of new features and completely relaunched the platform, so it could be a lot better and without previous issues.

The only thing I received was a PM announcing the relaunch and that I would receive a gift card to thank me for being interested (along with a request to remove the negative feedback). I never received an explanation why I wouldn't the full amount (or at least a fair amount).

I said that because I expected a balance in the gift cards. People who won $100 got 10% of their winnings and people who won $200 only got 5% of their winnings. You're posting it out of context to make it look like I said that I would settle with $20. You said this earlier, before my post:

Yes, guys, we totally understand that it's not very cool and it's our fault. But we can't fully pay so many thousands of dollars right now   , so we're making small initial payouts for everyone who win to show that we're not cheaters. This is just a first one and there'll be more. All your winnings are saved and we'll try to do our best to pay it fully later with the site expanding

You promised to pay us a lot more, disappear without responding to PM's or emails and no you come back with a relaunched platform and tell us to be happy with a $10 card because it's free.

So in order to earn any bonus does one need to deposit here and then qualify for the bonus payments etc. What is the amount needed to deposit and can you deposit in different alt coins as not signed up yet. And also seen a number of complaints in this thread about none payment of prizes. Has this been resolved or still ongoing case and to be fixed.
