Excuse my ignorance but can you clarify the difference of holding Arch coins vs shares on clearinghouse in the sense of getting benefit directly from ARCH's commercial success? Essentially do you need to have 32k (ceo) coins to receive a share of future sales? I am confused..

Both (its a unique concept) .
 You will make money when people buy it  , and make money with company profit (+ you receive interests when staking it ).

Arch Project is a company backed up by its own currency (archcoin) . After 1 year you can be shareholder in Arch company LTD . Now its funding , company financing itself by selling its currency , then investing in Moby project + myltipool + arch exchanger .....etc

All these investments will generate profit . >>> then profit will be re-invested to buy ARCH AT MARKETPRICE (means price will boost like crazy) = you are free to sell it or stake it (you already receive 4 to 20 % interests when you stake your coin = just put it on wallet and leave it opens. After 1 year your archcoins will be converted in company shares >> receive annual commercial profit . >> its a new kind of crowdfunding = UNIQUE .

you buy the currency >> you already have a return on investment in 5 to 6 years (20% yearly = just by leaving your arch on your wallet ) = these commissions are :Arch  transfer fees to maintain the network)

Yes, I believe that is the case. In other words if you hold less than 32K ARCH you would not have the option of converting to xARCH shares on clearinghouse. I believe this is to give CEO's share rights.

If ceo's will be holding for example 12 millions coins (total coins is 16 millions) = remains 4 million coins owned by "small" shareholders , what to do with these 8K Hq Archcoin holders ?

Btca told us that after one year ALL Archcoins will be converted in XArch Shares

So means 16M Arch >> 16 Million Xshares.


But not sure 100% if you need at least 32K to qualify for a conversion.

No coin is a welfare program, if you don't trust it or don't see the value in it at a few pennies then don't buy. We will.

Yes, that will be exactly what happens. I know because it's the same thing that happened with bitcoin. No one wanted bitcoin when it was $0.02 or $2 or even $20. But people were mortgaging their homes and taking out high interest rate loans for the privilege of buying a $1000 BTC.

That's market psychology, with the proper fundamentals in place, which arch clearly has, you can use that to your advantage and get on the opposite side of all the losing trades. Everyone dumping below ICO price yesterday (into my low buys) saw that first hand as did I. I'm up overall today with more arch and more BTC.

yes me too . people dumped a bit yesterday . i bought more Arch , and today value is increasing = Happy


I think people are crazy to sell Arch at ..... 2 CENTS !!!! With all theses projects : Company shares + coinry (coin factory) + multipool (already starting to make profit) + moby sales +Arch Currency exchanger .....etc

On a less enthusiastic note, for those that do not believe in the project, it is better not to buy IMO.

 

As I see ARCH, the only risk will come later on when price skyrockets and we start to play waves in order to reinforce our positions. A bad timing pump could leave people behind, yes with x4? x8? x10 profits? That kind of gains lose the value when you throw a simple calculation about how much a share could valuate in real market if HALF of the assets succeed.

Again, not everybody will see it this way.

Again, I am glad about that fact.

May be buying 200K Arch (@ 2cents/arch = 4000 $) >> Stop looking at bittrex platform for 1 year . >> Then re-open Bittrex to see Archcoin at 10 $ in oct 2015 = 2 Million $ in value  = i will be proud of it
