Why do you need location services? That's so sketchy... I was noticing the people I played with were UNKNOWN and my location was out in the open.
Yeah. And also, my balance stopped updating, I see a lot of wins, but it doesn't change. Your balance is updated by messages sent via a push service. If for any reason that service is delayed, you balance may not update immediately. However, all of your winnings are recorded. What is your username on the app, I will research your account to make sure all is OK. |

Not sketchy at all. We allow you to play in the free tournaments and challenges with location services off. However, you won't be able to enter any of the tournaments with an entry fee. This is because in the United States, skill based competitions with entry fees are only allowed in 36 states. In order to comply with regulations, we need location services to show that you are not in one of the other 14 states. Outside the US, it is up to you to make sure skill based competitions with entry fees are legal before entering a tournament or challenge with an entry fee. Hope this explains things. If the location is UNKNOWN, they have their location services disabled. But after I turned off my locations stuff it shows my LOCATION Still  |

However, you will not be able to enter tournaments with entry fees. BTW, we use the low power location services so it does not eat your battery, and we check only periodically. |
