Can anyone tell me what development is currently in progress for this coin? Or should I sell everything I own?

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Curious as to what happened to the 50/50 bot, is it going to continue?  I noticed the website is outdated saying this feature is only for October.  Last time I bought some of these it looked like it was a continuation of the October run according to the number sequence.   Great idea behind the buy wall how will the buy wall work?

Staking coins for a week now with no payouts, wallet open 24/7.  Get within 15 mins of a payout though!  lol

Any thoughts?...

Good eye, we fixed the number sequence on the 50/50 for the bot, but I completely forgot to update the website. I will do that right now, thank you.

As for the buy wall, there is not "set in stone" function behind it as of right now.
 - we are going to potentially automate it so it can catch all the coins that are currently on the exchange. For example, if there are 100,000,000 Pinkcoin on the exchange, the buy wall would need 10BTC to hold at 10 SATs, 100BTC at 100SATs etc. If someone were to send 20,000,000 coins to the exchange, the buy wall would move down to a price where it can catch 120,000,000 coins.

 - a buy wall that can catch a said % of the coin. Let's just say it is designed to catch 100% of the coins, it would need 36.4BTC support to hold at 10 SATs. 50% of the coins, it would need 18.2BTC to hold at 10 SATs etc...

We are not sure yet which option is the best, most effective, and most efficient. All I know is that by using the tools created for Pinkcoin, you are not only marketing, you are also adding liquidity and helping with buy support indirectly.

What is the point of putting a buy wall at 10sats? What is the objective? Again - what development is currently going on (if any)?

Here are the Developments in the Works for Pinkcoin that I am currently aware of..

From Fayoling on the Pinkcoin Revamped Forum, September 25, 2014, 06:33:09 PM
Quick Roadmap:
Wallet.pink
Online wallet that will integrate all of our Pinkcoin systems. You can allocate balances to specific systems, better tracking, and usability. One wallet to rule them all.

Exchange.pink
Will allow people to exchange other altcoins and BTC into Pinkcoin. This will be done automatically, and your Pinkcoin will be directly deposited into your online wallet.

Pay With Pink http://crypto.pink/wip/paywithpink.pdf
Will allow vendors that currently accept Paypal, to also accept Pinkcoin without actually being paid in Pinkcoin. Vendors will receive Fiat for purchases made with Pinkcoin via Paypal.
This will also open the doors to buying Pinkcoin with Fiat.

These are the 3 up and coming features that we are currently building and integrating together, and into our current systems.
Upon their completion, Pinkcoin will not only be accessible by the masses, but it will be easy to get your hands on.

There are developments happening, Thank you Spock for re-posting my latest update.

The 10SATs was just a number used in the examples. The buy wall is new and relies on people using the systems. It will begin at 1 SAT, it is not a short term plan to push the price up, it is a longterm plan to support the coin. Our poker system in it's first couple weeks made over 1,000,000 PINK in rake. Had the buy wall been in place at that time, poker alone would've been adding a Bitcoin or more to the wall a week.

In other words, the buy wall at 1 SATs will forever climb the buy books. The more people using Pinkcoin, the higher the buy wall can climb.

tl:dr;
Use the tools we create, and the value of the coin will be supported.

Now this is what i call a roadmap. Nice work. I personally don't mind that Pink is still under the radar.

Hey Guys, still here and holding. But truth to say it got a little quiet here lately. I think that all this coin needs is a better exposure. Of course special features are great, but let's face it, this is a working coin and it has all it needs for being used. Have you been thinking of looking for someone who would take care of promo? And design, seriously.Wink -my humble opinion- You could also start something like a donation address towards a promo purpose (IE for some bounties) if needed. I would send some. There is a lot of potential here but still waiting to bloom.

And I am not sure I get that thing about the buy wall, I mean, since you collect funds in PINK, you would have to sell PINK first to get BTC to be able to buy (or just create a wall) PINK again, isn't that so? Of course, if you sell high, you can buy more PINK lower, but common, where does the PINK benefit from it. I don't think that it would hurt either, but I guess those PINK could be of better use somewhere else (IE bounties).

Anyway, keep up the good work guys! You did already a lot of great work. And what is the most important - Think PINK. Wink

I want more frequent payouts with the 50/50, continued development of the roadmap and PR campain showing the donations to NBCF.  Are there pictures?  It would be cool if the 50/50 changed up often to focus on people in need.  This month "Movember" for example.  If the volume was there weekly draws maybe.   50/50 could have focused on the crowdfund with @cryptocobain to raise cash to help find that Ryan Kennedy loser.  Great ways to ride popular trends and be good humans while keeping the PINK brand in all eyes.

Also are there any PINK copy and paste signatures available for BCT?
