i turned my 1mbtc into 10mbtc asked for a 5mbtc withdraw, its still pending, then i lost the other 5mbtc!
admin can you please hel[p me! i was told by support that withdraws were instant!
ok i got the withdraw! casino is real and actually paying if you win! i only got one more issue, it doesnt say 1st deposit badge for me but i have deposited also doesnt say 100 spin badge and ive deffinatly done over 100 spins! can you help me get my account back in the right standings? thanks! casino is awesome! so you guys should really implement INSTANT! withdraws!!
honestly it seems to be such a struggle to get 5 or 20 mbtc from you guys lol its sad really!
if someone deposits btc and wins, they should be able to take thier winnings instantly from the site!
waiting hours for $5 is rediculous!!
and its definatly going to turn people away from your casino!
just some feedback from me!
hope my withdraw goes thru soon! i was going to withdraw my winnings then deposit some of it back to "try" to win more!
but the time wait for such things makes me wonder if i even should bother anymore!

Why do you hold withdraws when the deposit has already cleared on the blockchain? It makes you seem less legit because you have no reason at all to hold it. I asked the 24/7 support and they said, "soon".,

This is exactly what I worry about. They don't take it out of your account when you request a withdraw. It's a bad way to do business.
