Stunna is taking a seriously long time to update us on the full story. he must be making sure no one could ever repeat this even if the method of cheating is posted in full. I'm sorry for the 2.5k BTC loss. 2100 BTC is a far off dream of mine.

Not really. Exploiting a loophole in the system to win is not nice at all, and the cheater has taken no risk in it.

This is making a huge judgement on limited information, I dont know where to begin on it.  Its mostly joking tbh.  If Hufflepuff wants to send me the 2k bitcoins or any bitcoins i will PM stunna and im sure he would reward me nicely which is fine by me.  Hows that for you? Smiley

& Btw the title saying cheat is not meant as a moral judgement as such, it was meant as a statement of fact to help people understand the situation quickly - assuming sources are correct.

If it happened in the way reported i agree its a shame it happened and if i had to make a judgement call then yes i agree it seems a fairly immoral brutal attack taking so much money like that.  Primedice have been very classy in the past and done a good job to the community overall, wish them a speedy recovery.

I do not understand how people dislike hufflepuff. Given the chance almost all of us here would do the same thing if we knew . Hell I might even slow ride it as much as possible. Try to stay hidden and get as much as I could.

Maybe they don't like him or maybe they are jealous because he stole more than 800K$.

He was most likely using some kind of VPN/proxy to connect to Skype, and probably did the same thing when he signed up. If he knew he was going to cheat then he knew that he needed to cover his tracks and would have acted accordingly.

Stunna is taking a seriously long time to update us on the full story. he must be making sure no one could ever repeat this even if the method of cheating is posted in full. I'm sorry for the 2.5k BTC loss. 2100 BTC is a far off dream of mine.
If he is in the middle of an investigation then he wants to allow little information be available about what he knows as possible be made public. If he makes too much information public then Hufflepuff might start to cover his tracks that he would not otherwise cover. Also if Hufflepuff doesn't know how close stunna is to finding him then he might contact him to make a settlement offer in exchange for not pressing charges/legally pursuing him.

IMO the best way to find him is not via where he sent the money after he withdrew, but rather where the money came from. I would say that he was likely not as careful covering his tracks in it's way in as it was on it's way out.

I saw the video on youtube where Hufflepuff rocks, but how did he cheat? He did not seem to use any playing system, but the rolls were quite slow - did he manipulate seeds before them or series of them...?

From what Stunna has said it appears that Hufflepuff used an exploit to reveal his secret server seed and so was able to calculate the numbers he would roll before he rolled them. So he was able to win and lose whenever he wanted to.

in my opinion i dont think he was cheating. pd was on for a few years and in that time only 1 human exploited the system? ok lets say he was only one who exploited it but why did he stop then? he could have easily created more accounts and keep on doing the same process over and over again. still just my opinionn

Actually, he had another account with the same server seed. He simply filled in the same user seed, and the rolls were the same. He could preroll with the other account and use his hufflepuff account to make the high stakes bets.

Edit: what I'm trying to say: it wasn't really an exploit, but a mistake from Stunna to give multiple users the same server seed.

no he would have been able to exploit on any other accounts as well but he did with hufflepuff account, this is related to server not to a specific account.

I don't think they can. Server seeds are usually generated randomly by these gambling sites, and each user should have a unique seed. Did Stunna confirm, that 2 accounts had the possibility of having the same server seed ?
