Setup will change/overwrite a dll file nsDialogs.dll and StartMenu.dll

After that, it comes a "Error opening file fore writing" error.

Only abort will work here...

From where you did download the wallet?
The UFO 0.12 wallet never try to replace dlls from windows.
Does your pc are virus free, and, does your antivirus are working well into the pc?

Downloaded from the official site.
Pc is virus free, so i can say.
Using Comodo Firewall and Virusscanner, + Spybot. Comodo HIPS show me the changes and block this.

Instead of running the installer, Use 7Zip to extract the ufo-0.12.0-win-setup.exe file into it's own directory then just run the ufo-qt.exe from there.

These days it seems like masternodes are primarily used to draw peoples' attention to worthless coins that are nothing more than premined dump scams. Just take a quick look through the altcoin announcement board and you'll see quite a few coins that provide almost no information or purpose other than the word "MASTERNODE" featured very prominently wherever possible. They're just trying to cash in on everyone's desire for the passive income that masternodes can provide.

I'm very glad that UFO has chosen to go down the path of making actual progress rather than giving in to the fad like a lot of other coins.
