The future of bitcoin was to become the new world currency to all nations.
and someday bitcoin will be accept by all merchants in the entire world together
with the other well known companies will also adopt it because it is very easy
to use and very convenient too.

It will hit 2000$ in 2 month imo. Price is waiting for opportunity to bounce and go higher like there is no tomorrow.

Nothing can be predicted exactly, as bitcoin functions as a decentralized system as well it is completely uncertain. So considering the price move we've got increased chance of reaching $2000 in 2months, but often this stabilizes at some price point for small time period which is good way to move with resistance.

$1500 per bitcoin is the next predicted price, so before we go to $2000 per bitcoin, then we have to go first of course on $1500, though it is all prediction from the people on the Slack discussion. But we are all sure that the bitcoin's price will continue to rise because of its population is continuing on increasing everyday, since the demand is increasing, then the price will increase also.

In fact, I have found out that some people are thinking that we have already broken the 1500$ area, it is so funny
I assume that it is because they have seen the BTC price on bitfinex , and they do not know the reason of why the bitcoins on bitfinex are worth more than on other exchanges.
Obviously, if you want to sell your BTC on this place, you are not going to be able of withdrawing the funds in a wire transfer, after all they have suspended them.

I think that we can really expect 2000 USD per bitcoin in this year, because we already passed the 1300$ area. It seems really nice in my opinion, but I hope there will be no strange , big downside bursts during next year.

I hope that at least a part of what you had posted will happen for real. But I have doubts regarding the future of Bitcoin. In general, the governments are opposed to the usage of BTC, due to risk of tax evasion and drug purchases.

It is the choice between good and good. If governments start buying BTC, that takes volume up, yet they still cannot dominate the network.

If they do not, network will keep going on without them and their influence will lessen in the network.

This is why I have always thought of bitcoin as a hydra with an infinite amount of heads, as soon as you decapitate one two more emerge, I don’t see any way in which a government can realistically smash bitcoin and that is a good thing.

The future of bitcoin is definitely bright but its hard to believe that each and every person in the world will start using bitcoins as some of them might find it complicated and will prefer to use only fiat and even the Government will play a key role in deciding the future of bitcoins.

Every​ day the growth is happening through internet than through other means. Without the use of internet we might be lagging in growth. For the fast moving world without advancement we can't get everything that's necessary for a living. So considering this at some point government will start supporting Bitcoin​ same as Japan government.

Here in Germany I haven't met anyone yet, who actually knows what Bitcoin really is and how it works, let alone using it.
Most of the people I meet, are in the age of 18-25. This generation have no fundamental reason to leave their comfort-zone of using fiat-currency as it is working perfectly well for their personal purpose in a relative stable country like Germany (Online-Shopping, card-payment at the supermarket etc.). These people don't do cross-border payments with high transaction-fees or were directly affected by financial crisis. So there is no reason to change the online payment-habits, "...as there is no difference between Bitcoin and credit-cards", let alone dealing with the additional security measures required when want to use Bitcoin safely.

What most of them do have in common tough, is a critical opinion about the governments, financial institutions, "The rich 1%" etc.
So, at least in my opinion, I think we have a feeling that something in the present needs to be changed, but can't express what and how it should be done.

So the core reason to support bitcoin is present, but is has to be awaken. A sad, but yet efficient trigger will be bad events like economic crisis, protectionism etc.  which enhance the spotlight more and more on Bitcoin and its decentralized characteristic.

For the older generation I see little chance...You can't teach old dogs new tricks. When I look back to the responses from people who I spoke to about Bitcoin, the older generation didn't even want to listen and just nodding through the conversation, kind of letting me know, that this is just a scam and I am just naiv about it. I hope I will be taught a better.

Very often there are conflicting forecasts regarding Bitcoin and its future price. Of course, I would be happy if the end of the year as planned, the price rose to $ 2,000. But I'm used to looking at things realistically and it's best to wait until time to be sure.

In my opinion, bitcoin future might be really bright for all those people that have joined this great community long time ago.
Also, im sure that it will be a nice opportunity for the remaining group of people, that are currently a newbies about cryptocurrencies.
It is because the price of bitcoin is still reasonable, indeed it is high if we consider the bitcoin price history, but imagine what may happen in next 5 years, if we had a rise from 1200$ to 1400$ in only several days.

I hope that BTC will reach the really big price, and the demand will constantly increase. In such a scenario, there are no limits for the value of BTC.

yeah you are right same like me before a month ago i said to my father to invest in it when its price is approxematetly $360 dollar but he decline to do this but now he is regretting his decission. the way its price is reaching to extreme day by day i am thinking to invest some more in it. i hope it will reach to $2000 till the end of this year
