Many are already familiar with bitcoin and they already know how the future of bitcoin next

But still considered as a few number on the total population or potential number of adopters, we keep spreading
the good news and people will know. It's a long journey and eventually they will understand and adopt at the right time.

I would like to see this happening early as some people expect, but I do not see mass adoption very soon.

At the moment it seems to be all about scalability, and it seems like miners are in a conflict between maximizing profits, or creating a more user friendly platform. Such a conflict is causing the development to be stagnant.

I don't think bitcoin will take over all payment systems or anything like that but I think in the future it will both be a traded asset and something that works in the background. For example you send money from one account to another and the banks will use bitcoin in the background in some way. This will bridge the divide between the technically competent and technically incompetent. Cash for instance is never going away nor is national currencies so the future has to be something that will link currencies to bitcoin.

While taking over all those payments systems could be great, bitcoin does not need that, bitcoin only needs to become part of that and become a real alternative as a payment option and with that bitcoin will be worth tens of thousands of dollars.

Hmm… yes at the moment the bitcoin just want to take a part in it to be accepted somewhere officially as a mode of payment in the international trade and the day it happens the price of the bitcoin will become out of the reach. It will be touching the sky or maybe it will be in the galaxy…

Future for bitcoin is already happening in terms of price levels, we got prices just got doubled in less than 6 months of time. When we are having more higher prices, we can be sure about very fantastic future for bitcoins.

I have my transfer yesterday and still unconfirmed now, it's almost 24 hours, that is the growing problem of bitcoin
and I hope it will be resolve when segwit will be activated.

I would like to start a discussion about the future of Bitcoin.

The future of Bitcoin
After vears of trying to break the blockchain technology that runs Bitcoin, the bankers and governements finally realized that because blockchiain was a public ledger that kept all transaction and that this ledger could not be hacked or falsified; Bitcoin could not be stopped or blocked. Like email, and i-porn, it used the internet highway and without destroying the internet and its highways of communication, the blockchain technology could not be blocked.

The banks and governments decided on another plan called “f you can`t beat them, join them”. They decided that their only chance was to buy up all the Bitcoins. They started small and encouraged Bitcoin`s price to drop by demanding regulation, not realizing that the blockchain is just a public ledger that can not be regulated. The threat of regulation caused the price of Bitcoin to drop, and when the banks and government thought that the price of Bitcoin would not go any lower, they started to buy up Bitcoins. When people realized that the banks and governments were buying up the Bitcoins, the price of Bitcoins soared in an avalanche. This made banks and governments very rich. 

Bitcoin became to be used as electronic money that could not be falsified or tampered with and that could be used as electronic cash replacing coins and notes. The banks and governments started to encourage the use of Bitcoin and replaced their coins and notes with Bitcoins. Then they replaced their plastic credit cards with chips that were implanted and that allowed money transactions to be made much faster and conveniently than with Bitcoin. They made their own centralized and regulated version of Bitcoin and called it i-coin.

After i-coin became convincingly more appealing than Bitcoin, i-coin became widely accepted. Bitcoin became outdated and old fashioned and the price of Bitcoin started to drop. Then there came a time where the only ones that were using Bitcoins were the ones that were afraid of the chip implants, and those that were afraid of the corrupt banks.
Then the corrupt criminals got on the Bitcoin bandwagon, and Bitcoins started to be outlawed in many countries. The decentralized Bitcoin miners - the keepers of the public ledger - became scarcer and scarcer and were overtaken by centralized criminal miners.

Bitcoin became what it started out as-. electronic cash for buying illegal goods. Eventually, the criminals took it over to use as their own black cash for trading one illegal good for another. This caused a boom in illegal goods, and made the criminals very wealthy.

I think that bitcoin in the future will grow strong. However, that still a number of countries banned the use of bitcoin, but I think after this bitcoin grow will change somewhat think of them.It will be a long journey to remove the unflattering perspective on bitcoin and make it grow to new heights.

in fact the bitcoin users are increasing from time to time therefore they are making bitcoin more and more stronger as compare to other alt coins, we can hope that bitcoin will have very good future, and in future most of the people will beusing bitcoin as their main currency, but it will take a little bit longer time.

For me the reason why I am using alts as my main currency is because that the alts have a fast process of transactions and I can say that no traffic at all within a minute you will receive your money, And I think that is the only feature that bitcoin is not good because of the traffic of the transactions many are going in other alts.

Generally speaking, regarding the current movement and trend it should have a very great price rises and improvements IMO, thus being a major currency in the future if not the biggest with inflation being reduced and internet grows larger.

There has been a great price increase in Bitcoin since it started. There are still lots of rooms for improvement. Yes, it is the future curreny according to the experts especially now that there are lots of companies already investing and believing on it.

Our propagation is too small, it will not have an impact on everyone of a country, so if a country wants to develop bitcoin, first, their government must accept bitcoin, Only then, do people really care and use bitcoin.

It will be easy for a country or government to accept bitcoin now because of the good progress that already showed in the internet because of the bitcoin news all over the internet. I think if a country accept bitcoin then that country will be great in the future because they will have the advantages of bitcoin and also a lot of profit if they invest in bitcoin.

yes you are right that it is very easy for a country to accept bitcoin after having a study of bitcoin that it is a trustful currency, not a scam and if a country accept it then there people will also know about bitcoin and its benefits will be that their unemployment will be finished and also it will be better for their good future.

The price hike now, I am thinking Japan made a part of that also.

From what we seen till now and what's happening the future of bitcoins seems to be very good and I don't think its going anywhere as the price will be higher in future as we will see many new adopters start using bitcoins. The media coverage and even the funding lobbies are getting interested.

As bitcoin is facing an huge governance problem, other projects will raise. If the network is not able to solve the miners/core-dev war this will lead to the bitcoin death in few months.

even if bitcoin is new currency and is still in active development, but many people is agree that bitcoin have a good future and will be as a payment gateway from online store and offline store. maybe bitcoin can be a bridge between two side of world and people will found that bitcoin have many benefits for them.

Take note that the future can be as near as the next second or as far as the next 100 years. Bitcoin has a great future per the current rates and I'm optimistic it will make its investors like myself very rich in the near future so you can sing the defeatist song and lay back while we make the money.
