One hour ago I saw 15 total orders on REFERRAL ORDER TRACKING page. All of them unpaid.

Now I see 0 total orders.

Am I so unlucky that even unpaid orders disappeared from me?  Smiley

BTW, is it normal that all 15 orders made in different days were unpaid?

p.s. If somebody want to signup cloudminr and make unpaid order - you are welcome.  I used to unpaid orders.

A lot of orders go unpaid because users try out our system and click around, also they try to activate their account by ordering hash rate and not paying for it. Other companies only show paid orders - showing also pending orders may indeed cause confusion.

Each month we delete the unpaid orders. That is why your unpaid orders disappeared Smiley

What's the meaning of "Merged mining"? (It's for VIPs only.)

just got a relply from them on the same subject,
you have to wait 3 days for you to be able to merge recently purchased contracts,
for reinvested contracts you can merge them right away...

it probably has to do with their return policy...

Yes, it´s useful if you reinvest regularly to merge all those small contracts into one.

Haven´t bought anything here since PB Mining blew up. I´m just really wary of everything since that mess. But this investment has done really well for me so I may add more.

I bought 250 GH/s between 11/22 and 12/1 for which I paid .24 BTC. So far this, plus reinvestments added to the 250 has mined .178 BTC. Impressive, huh? That´s the power of compound interest.

Oh so you can merge all your contracts together on cloudminr but not mine other altcoins.

This week's payout will once again be higher than our revenue. That's a situation in which a typical ponzi scheme would collapse. We have received blackmail too, however the blackmail has not turned off our hardware.

Updates:

Implemented email security tokens for account data changes. From now on, before updating your account data (such as e-mail, payout address or password), you will be emailed a token to prevent your account data being changed without your consent by malware.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your payout address is correct before our payout tomorrow. If you have any issues with changing our account data, please message us. We will gladly help you out before tomorrow's payout.

Awesome !!! So, after changing people's payout address, you are giving one day notice to contact you back ! You have no backup of people's account data from where you can restore the original addresses !! At a cloud mining facility, people have to worry everyday when the service owner is changing his email ID and blaming some fictitious malware !!! Reminds me of hashie, who deleted their referral table and blamed some hack a month before vanishing in the thin air.

For your information, only around 10 - 12 addresses were changed. DiCE1904's payment being the largest at ~0.17 BTC. All others were <0.04 BTC. The largest users with up to and over 3 BTC weekly payouts were not affected.

It makes no sense whatsoever to accuse us of changing our users payout addresses. Not to mention, it is not possible.

Moreover, it was not a one day notice. We were informing our users about the issue whole week as well as implemented security tokens on Saturday morning.

Also, we do make backups every day. At that point could not have known that the ~10 addresses were changed without users consent. Ever since, we have implemented additional security.
