What's the meaning of "Merged mining"? (It's for VIPs only.)

just got a relply from them on the same subject,
you have to wait 3 days for you to be able to merge recently purchased contracts,
for reinvested contracts you can merge them right away...

it probably has to do with their return policy...

Yes, it´s useful if you reinvest regularly to merge all those small contracts into one.

Haven´t bought anything here since PB Mining blew up. I´m just really wary of everything since that mess. But this investment has done really well for me so I may add more.

I bought 250 GH/s between 11/22 and 12/1 for which I paid .24 BTC. So far this, plus reinvestments added to the 250 has mined .178 BTC. Impressive, huh? That´s the power of compound interest.

Oh so you can merge all your contracts together on cloudminr but not mine other altcoins.

If I would use "Merge [Beta]" (for my 40 contracts) I would loose contract time, because all newer contracts would be dated back to the time of the oldest one. So what's my profit with merging? Will I get a lottery coupon to win a mercedes benz or a VIP-status? And what's about "A-(utomatic)" contracts? They cant be merged?

Sorry, but I don't understand the advantage of merging ...

I didn't merge either because I didn't understand the advantage or the risk Grin

Can you explain to me what you lose when you lose "contract time"?

So, just to confirm, both  and  are in your pay?

Apparently only us two members are both paid in GHS to have cloudminr signature below our posts. Yes. Hopefully cloudminr will reopen the signature campaign for everyone, maybe when the price per BTC will recover?

Do you realise that when cloudminr runs off, all those scammed are going to come after you two. If you are not a part of this operation, then you are scape goats. Good luck convincing people of that when cloudminr runs off with the money.

Thanks for your concern but I am part of a signature campaign, not an employee Grin I am renting my signature space in exchange of GHS so I am just a customer buying GHS with my signature space. Any person buying GHS with BTC or $ is supporting cloudminr more than me!

So far so good for my investment.

Cloudminr is still here which proves they are likely to be legit because other cloud mining sites went bankrupt or stopped mining due to the BTC price tanking.

This is getting very serious. Now this Mabsark character has replaced his AMHASH promoting signature with a red letter warning against this company. Is this even allowed on these threads? Campaigns of hate and harassment? There should be some terms of service that users are required to follow.

Cloudminr.io just confirmed that there is no signature campaign at the moment and that you "have proven to be easy to work with".

I'm just trying to ensure that you are aware of the risks. Just because you state you are not an employee, doesn't mean people will believe you and it doesn't mean they won't dox you and your family and friends.

Also, the decline in price would have had no effect on a ponzi as it only effected maintenance fees. Ponzis don't have maintenance fees because they don't have hardware.

5-Year-Contracts. All new contracts dated back to the first one by merging. That means: You lose contract-time IF couldminr will exist for 5 years. So what's the advantage of merge [Beta]? I don't know.

Thank you but what would you advise me to do then? Stop the signature campaign? I am paid in GHS so I will lose my winnings in case of troubles for the customers and if someone wants to check my post history he will see I am not related to cloudminr, I have said positive things about the business, mostly hopes and no lies : "they pay well for the signature campaign" "I think it may profit well"...
I have always said I am not a mining expert!

I see cloud mining companies on signatures all the time, the forum itself accepts advertisements of most cloud mining companies so it looks like there is a lot of jealousy around cloudminr. A lot of people would like to advertise cloudminr on their signature. A lot of users advertised cloudminr when the campaign was open and a lot of advertise other cloud mining companies so it is hypocrite.

I think the cloud mining business is very hard (cex.io closed a few days ago) and investors should be careful but maybe cloudminr is giving high payouts because they are good in business.

@Picolo: I have never referred unkown people for risky investments. But I have referred real-life friends and explained them the risks of this games before: Be careful with the axe, Eugene! Wink Some of them made a lot of money and some lost some bugs. Well, it's a game and they are no children but mostly stock-traders. It's not my fault if someone lose - we are still friends and laugh about (who made the best win has to pay the bill for the losers Wink). My only public Ref-Link supports a free-game where nobody can lose any investments but time. This sites are starting-points for people who want to learn something about Coins and Wallets without investing real money. That's legal and no problem for anyone.
If I talk about a cloud or HYIP in public I've to test it before with my own money. I talk about my personal ROI without any lies (why should I lie as longs it's not my company?). Well, I've invested 100GHS in cloudminr and now I have actualy 150 GHS with dayly reinvestments and some Satoshies from sunday withdraws redirected to other HYIPs. So what could I lose? I could lose the expences (bill) of an evening with my girlfriend in a good restaurant. Peanuts for me - but perhaps an armageddon for poor students. Wink
My advise for all potential investors: Split, split, split and never invest more you can afford.
So if Coudminr should be a scam, perhaps I can't invite my girl tonight in a good restaurant, but tomorrow I will be able to do it again ... and an unknown Scammer will be able to do it too, as long there is no scammed Investor, who is hireing a "regulator" on Darknet.  Grin
Someone offers 1000$ for real informations about the men behind a company (in a post before)? That's not enough to use the axe, Eugene. *lol* Peanuts.

best regards,
ritch

I've just found a link between cloudminr.io and 1FsVcdeHbpvUVT3gjeuVR2ZSDnpcsJMsLL, an address that ended up with the cryptominer.io coins.

The cloudminr.io payout address is 1CMR18ds3W4tz3MceN7wkm4NsaFW9jxvk9 which sent 0.0189623 BTC on 2014-11-09 21:47:42 to 163hR6atXKv8cbUhjaBkmjuaGHndQWg9kh.

163hR6atXKv8cbUhjaBkmjuaGHndQWg9kh, along with 1PfSp72cYBTkqohUFpdQMJu4eoCifoxgxf and 1FkGxvpBbyTvuww41NTBzL1BiU7TPEfD6C then sent 0.07799983 BTC to 1Hy1RGG1oCJxV94wqEMdzyCtMXiyGh3naX. There are 5 other payments to this address:

18mmSJc4XnbFFdLiXTWYdhKFbKBQwCQAT2 made 2 payments to 1CMR18ds3W4tz3MceN7wkm4NsaFW9jxvk9 as well.

1DpAd8DCNLwEGiZ1CWxmBHgrGHiVyxD77g sent 0.23 BTC to 1DpqdziWjddCkYdZG8G8RCugg5FwBXdeEu - the address of the cloudminr.io signature campaign.

19PXbU796NtUkQf858mSbPhhYSKkfkfjPC also makes a payment to the signature campaign address - 1DpqdziWjddCkYdZG8G8RCugg5FwBXdeEu

The address 1Hy1RGG1oCJxV94wqEMdzyCtMXiyGh3naX therefore belongs to cloudminr.io too. This address makes a single payment to 1BNFnhxnS6YMs4zeXg33ex5xb9eew8zJsv which makes a single payment to 16KQFWL71JTYWuarPojB6UXNdHXGZKjG4k for 3.08677474 BTC along with the following addresses:

Good observation.

Now next step: Let's get them.

Just to summarize:

Since the beginning of Cloudminr.io, many people asked questions about how legit this operation is. None of these questions were answered. No valid physical address, no name, no company, but a lot of fake information. Just recently, "Adrian" promised to evaluate the possibilities about payments with CCs. Of course nothing happened.

Instead, some people like Piccolo are promoting this scam and act as middleman for the scammer.

I am not the only one who is sure that this scam is connected to others. And your observation seems to be another piece of the puzzle.

The guys behind this ponzi are hiding pretty well. However, their buddies like Piccolo sure weren't this cautious.

So Piccolo and other people who were in direct contact with "Adrian": What information do you have about him. Any IP? Phone numer? Any physical address?

If you claim not to have such, I'd say that you most probably are part of the fraud (yes, I call it fraud, not ponzi anymore) and could become target of an investigation, too.

I hope you are aware of this.

I've just found a link between cloudminr.io and 1FsVcdeHbpvUVT3gjeuVR2ZSDnpcsJMsLL, an address that ended up with the cryptominer.io coins.

If your payouts are weekly, why would one of your customers be getting multiple daily payments?
