hi everyone  last night...i made an account on cloudminr.io but since then i'm seeing this thing on my dashboard..... "you account is not active. you need to buy a mining contract in order to get the payout" i'm really confused. i don't know what to do. can anyone help me please..? how do i purchase a mining contract..? why do i have to buy a contract in order to get my payout..? what should i do now..? please answer these questions. i'm confused  I'm new to this bitcoin stuff so i really don't have a clue......can anyone help..? |

Hello there, All you have to do is: Go on the side menu "BUY HASHRATE", select the disired ammount of GH/s of your contract (min 100GH/s) and make the payment. Once the payment is done and you new contract active you will be able to get your payout every sunday if i'm not wrong. I'm new in this world too but theres alot to read, just take your time. |

@dickyCOY like everything in crypto, we must spent what we can afford to lose in case something happen. ( Scam, Hack, etc ) There was a lot of scam that happened into cryptocurrency, but from now on since Cloudminr started their company ( November-December 2014 ), they didnt miss any payouts and even when the Bitcoin crash price was about to 180-200 USD they were still in operation.
Like it's written on their website, we are buying 5 years old contracts. Bitcoin Cloud Services made the same and now they offer only 1 year contract. It's a chance that we can buy still some 5 years contract, but we can't say how it will goes in the next future. I hope so as well that everything will goes fine since I have personally 5,245 GH invested in Cloudminr. I have about 70% ROI.
Still, I think they are there for the long run and I hope that everything will goes fine as it is now.

I assume you are trying to cashout the free bitcoin you earned from the free hashrate you were given to sign up. In order to cashout, you need to purchase a contract (minimum now is 100GH) in order to be able to cashout the free earnings. Reason for this is to ensure that people dont just sign up for a ton of free accounts for free GH and free Bitcoins. As fatguy88 mentioned previously just go to the side and click on "Buy Hashrate." Minimum purchase is 100GH/s. You will need to deposit bitcoin to purchase it though, which you can purchase from various exchanges. |

Is anyone else having issues with the auto reinvest feature?
Yesterday my income was not reinvested. I contacted supported and they fixed it. But today the same thing happened...
Is it just me or now we have to reinvest manually?

From my experience, the auto-reinvest feature does work about on a daily basis, if you let it go for about one day or little more it will reinvest automatically without any problems.

am I the only one experiencing performance issues? -20% off estimated weekly payout in the last three weeks!
I think cloudminr is the best cloud mining service around, but I won't put in a bitcoin more if it doesn't meet the objectives
I hope it could be fixed soon

I've done that multiple times before and it always worked like a charm. But since two days ago, somehow it stopped. Already opened another support ticket, waiting for their answer. |
