We decided to make a double-spend - the payout has got it's first confirmation.
It is a different tx now, you can check it in your transaction history.


I have not received my payments as of yet. The last payment I received was on 23-11-2014. My id in cloudminr.io is contur. I am mining since 10-11-2014 with 10 Ghs hash power. Dashboard is showing that I was supposed to get 0.00241441 BTC so far, whereas I have received 0.00107215 BTC. Can you please fix it and send my due ?

Did you change your payout address or remove it since November 23rd? The payments are not made if the address is not specified or if our system sees inconsistency within the mining results. We'll look into it, thank you for letting us know!

I have not received the payment after November 23 as well !!! My id on the site is 'tweetin'. I did not change my address or anything. Can u please check if everything is fine ?

I contacted our developer - he found out the issue immediately. The accounts that only have voucher code 10 GH/s contracts do not get their account balances updated automatically (mined coins get updated though), unless they visit our site and thus "request" the mined bitcoins to be added to their balance.

I believe you did not really visit our site since November 23rd? Smiley

This issue will be fixed within 1 - 2 minutes and free 10 GH/s users will be able to receive your payouts without logging in.

Thanks for the update. No I did not log in for more than 2 week. Expecting to receive the payout soon...

50GHS bought at the VIP rate would give a 30,6% return/month if the difficulty stays the same.

Here some questions:

a) Do you have a telephone number?
b) Your domain has been registered by a "Tom Hassel" in Norway. There is indeed one Tom Hassel in Norway. When contacted, he didn't know anything about cloudminr. So where could Tom Hassel be found?
c) You write in one post: "cloudminr.io is a Norwegian cloud mining company". However, there is no company registered by this name in Norway. Please explain.
d) The only company in Trondheim with any connection to "Cloud" is a company which is active in candy import.
e) You claim in the registry data that you are located at Olaf Tryggvasonsgate 2B in Trondheim. Nobody at this address knows anything about you or your operation. Please explain.

Should people feel safer with a phone number and an LLC, that is possible to do. However, it would be just as credible as having an email. A phone is a few dollars as well as a registering a company doesn't take longer than week.

Our goal is not to convince people that we are real by creating companies that we won't use. We want people to see the way we operate, pictures of hardware and income that is not calculated by an algorithm unlike many have, while keeping a certain level of privacy. Would you post your facebook account alongside with your bitcoin address, signed? Rarely anyone would.

Many transparent Bitcoin companies have failed - how many people have got their money back? Exactly.
Not going all public with your business idea that tax office doubts while also not being a citizen lowers the chance of failure, while historically, results of failure don't change regardless of transparency.

It is nice to see people care about things like that but in the end, it often just doesn't work that way.

this is very meaningful for a lot of reasons.
1) it demonstrates that cloudminer.io is not interested in sharing any identification or being transparent
2) since a month ago they have not done anything of what is bolded above
3) they value privacy - a legitimate entity does not worry about privacy, and strives for transparency instead
4) They claim setting up a phone line and a business is easy - have not done so.

at this point there is still no evidence of:
a) who owns or is employed by cloudminr.io
b) any actual hardware or facility or collateral/capital
c) an address, if even in Norway
d) a registered business name in Norway
e) any sort of regulatory compliance or insurance of the hardware (if the building burns down - noone will get money back)

It seems obvious that ALL of these should be made public, yet none of it is. all they are is a website that took 100% upfront, and promises to pay you back >150% over the first year, and then for another 4 years with zero fees. Anyone that doesn't see why this perfectly fits the definition of a ponzi scheme is welcome to give them money.

You should probably contact CLoudminr through the support tab on the website. I tend to get replies their sooner.

It seems I confused another payment as CloudMinr payment. Practically I have not received any payment after 2014-11-23. So two week of payment is due for me. My ID is 'bonvita'. Expecting to receive payments soon...

Everyone received timely payments on Sunday except 2people that received it on Monday (if I understood correctly) and those who received 100GHS to test the service FOR A WEEK.

To avoid any more confusions maybe we could get the blockchain transactions for all payments next week.
