If you were Bill Gates or Sir Branson, how much money would you get in BTC? I'd probably send $40 million over to Bitstamp That'll get you around 111,100BTC at today's rate Don't know about Gatesy but think Brando already picked up and currently bagholding Bill Gates is already at the stage where he doesnt give a fuck about money (as in getting more of it) so I doubt he's going to be here watching to see the highs and lows but he's said favourable things about the tech model and sir Richard Branson as a billionaire doesn't need the money either but he is happily accepting them for his space tour flights and probably even hodling them since he would have no need to cash out into fiat anytime soon lol that's an interesting discussion but did you know that this year alone there were more new billionaires than ever before? I'd bet the first thought of many new billionaires is: "now I must make sure to remain billionaire" which means they are going to buy some bitcoins and that's a cold hard proven theory! Branson is worth around 5 billion I think but he owns a lot of stuff that generates revenue every year I was very happily surprised to see him getting into Bitcoin in its relative infancy but he obviously sees the potential in it He's right more often than he's wrong and he didn't get 5 billion by being dumb Branson does not care about Bitcoin or believe in it at all. They immediately swap Bitcoin into fiat at Virgin. They do accept Bitcoin because that would allow their customers to pay without audit and its a publicity stunt. Branson did not make his billions investing in speculative stuff. He has a freakin spaceship and there is nothing speculative about that kind of business. How do you know Branson is not holding any btc? Are you his accountant or something He could be hodling or playing the markets or a dozen other random scenarios I wonder why some people hang out on a Bitcoin forum all day telling other people Bitcoin will not make them as much or none profit as they think lol Don't they have anything better to do than hang around and tell people about the incoming doom? Or they are just people with no btc who would like to buy some at a lower price

Or they are just people with no btc who would like to buy some at a lower price I suspect many of the ultra bear posters on here have heavily shorted and want to drive the price down so they can buy back really cheap bitcoins. If it's true they will probably start making ultra bull posts after the price starts to shoot up and they are forced to buy backin at a higher price.

Yes everyone posting has an agenda. Of course bitcoin holders are honest about it, unlike the bearish 'buy back lower, but really believe in bitcoin' crowd.

There's no agenda other than trying to warn people... are you really silly and think that a couple posts here could drive the price down? No, the price will go down regardless of what's being posted here. I will buy back paying 10 times less than what you paid.

Why would anyone heed a warning from someone who is on record saying they have a) sold their bitcoins and b) want to buy back in at 50$. You don't see an agenda there? Hmm. Meanwhile the price continues to rise making your warning completely worthless. What is the capitulation price where you panic buy? $400? Plonker.

In the end you will profit in the long term, I'm just saying that I'm going to profit 10X more.

If you sell your BTC out of some panic, or buy some because you think you 'missed the train', sometimes it is wiser to just wait if the price goes up/down again, respectively. Just force yourself not to settle with the current price, but wait until the price you desire 'is back'. It sometimes is rather nerve-wrecking, but I guess this is how many people made their millions...

To maximize your bitcoin stash you would have been better off repeatedly selling at the peaks and buying back at the lows. For the record I don't believe bitcoin will fall back to $50, and if you have not bought back yet you obviously have an agenda.

It was fun, but I just don't see it happening. Bitcoin will be lower versus a year ago very soon. I have to say I didn't think that would happen a few months ago but it looks unavoidable at this point.

If there is nothing speculative in spaceflight, then why did his spaceship crash last week? It is insured and they have proper plans in place for such events! He already has a airline, he did not just decide to do something with no clear plan like most on this forum praying to get rich quick.
