interesting coin that's going under the radar. Could blow up any time if what the they are working on comes to fruition

I completely agree with you, the stuff they are working on is just mind blowing.

Can you give more info on this stuff?  I'm finding that updates and information are a bit hard to find on RBR.  I am a holder, based on early promise, would just like to learn some concrete stuff about recent developments.  Thanks!

I tweeted the CEO of RBR and asked, "what's the ETA of the marketplace"

He replied with a few weeks out.

@cryptoreview check it out

Is there a place to download the latest wallet (or source code) so that I can run it on Debian?  I see the source code at https://github.com/RibbitFROG/RibbitRewards-Alpha, but that source code is for version 100000 whereas http://ribbitchain.info/status reports version 100200.  When I try to run version 100000, I get connections that connect and then drop me.  I would appreciate the help.

It is good to see that Devs are active once again and will keep us uptodate with current development and features.

They havnt ever NOT been active.. Sometimes though, when someone is so active they have no time to stop and tweet "we just wrote 100 more lines of code!!".

RBR is awesome project and will change the crypto scenario marketplace looking promising,
testing will be start soon and many merchants are interested to test marketplace.

I doubt there are a lot of merchants. There's other ways to determine with reasonable probability what they're up to.

Boloro Selects Ribbit.me Blockchain Loyalty Solution for its International Mobile Payments Network

NEW YORK, NY, Dec 21, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Boloro, the international mobile payments processing network with expanding operations across 15 countries by the end of 2016, has announced their selection of Ribbit.me's universal blockchain-based loyalty industry platform to provide their merchant partners with a loyalty solution.

Boloro will integrate the Ribbit.me loyalty platform, including LoyaltyNetwork(TM) and SmartRewards(TM) blockchain and smart contract technologies, into its own product offering, effectively becoming a rewards program provider to its own merchant network...

There isn't much updated here on RBR they seem to prefer twitter and their own site, Bittrex has them listed and currently at a decent price, I picked up a few more yesterday ahead of todays Santander Innovates final where they came third place.

EDIT 1/28/15: The online wallet is back up now. Looks great. There should be an option to cancel the help tips, though. Also, please release a desktop wallet too! While the online version is convenient, having no desktop wallet is a big red flag.

There's some really good signs with this project and some really bad ones.

The good:

Ribbit was chosen for the third place slot in Santander's Innoventures Distributed Ledger Challenge. We can assume that Santander did its research to make sure Ribbit is legitimate:

http://innoventures.onevest.com/
https://twitter.com/saninnoventures

Ribbit has partnered with the payment processing company Boloro. Boloro appears to be a small operation, but an active one.

https://coinreport.net/boloro-to-integrate-ribbit-mes-blockchain-loyalty-solution/

The very bad, bad, bad:

There is no functioning wallet listed anywhere that I can find. All links are broken as of this time.

Could somebody from the Ribbit team please address this?

Thanks.

Awesome, Hyperledger is the best of the big corporate blockchain projects.

I would have thought the price would have gone up more with all the good news recently, but then it is hard to judge value when there is no info on how rbr itself fits into all the grand plans they've been blogging about and therefore exactly what the value is based on, so I guess that's why.
