Um... that address seems to track back to an Off-Shore Service Provider (as in I'm off-shore from HK, but want to do business in HK)?

Here is where Google Earth took me. The address is not 178 though. It is 170. Maybe it is in there somewhere Smiley

The phone number is from the proxy service that was originally in place: whoisprivacyprotect.com

Let's not even mention garbozo had his own personal email account @ mineral.com also suddenly removed once exposed.

Hong Kong is a virtual office or some cheapo company formation set up operation at that address. Same as the real registration in the UK for Mineral International Limited, is a virtual office.

Always all smoke and mirrors with these yahoos.

More importantly as advertized, someone needs to ask them for details on the insured wallets, and proof of same:

Mineral customer coins are insured and stored on offline servers that are never connected to the Internet.

Seems to be a running theme with these guys, just say anything with no consequences 'the customers coins are insured'

How about some proof of that please? Who what and how.

End of the day - the project is a few days old, getting attacked as we are now is out of order - I know you have your personal vendetta against Garza so take it up on him and not me. If any of you want to talk to me let me know, or come visit me in Australia instead of bashing a guy without any real evidence.

what happened to josh@mineral.com then?

Fake registration information. Company is registered in the UK. Not Hong Kong. Generally grounds for domain seizure

Registrant Phone: +1.4252740657

Phone number in Bellevue, WA, USA. It seems they are struggling with this newfangled transparency thing.

The Mineral.com registrar is joker.com - a German company:

Registrant Phone: +49.211867670
Registrant Email: Email Masking Image@joker.com
Registry Admin ID:

That phone number is associated to web hosting companies. It's found in:
- 2008 RipOffReport: http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/web-host-for-seo/bellevue-washington-98007/web-host-for-seo-webhostforseocom-by-todd-spears-total-junk-massive-amounts-of-downtim-391035

So, I'm thinking the phone number if probably from the original Mineral.com owner who may have been a squatter just trying to sell it since about 2005.

BUT, it is interesting that when they moved it in March, it went under a US based domain privacy provider with a BBB rating of D- (you can practically hand the BBB $100 and get an A+ no matter how many complaints you have) that uses that phone number...

Right @suchmoon, real smart to leave my real number for you all guys to call me. Why don't you post your mobile while you're at it and we post it on HT? See how it feels being attacked for once.

Are you threatening me?

No worries, your buddy Garza has done plenty of that and see where that got him.

How about you start with posting those TX IDs for the FastXPY challenge bounty?

You don't become honest and transparent by incessantly posting on a forum how honest and transparent you are. You just behave like an honest and transparent person/business, it's as simple as that.

As for my phone number... my customers have it, along with my REAL business address and plenty of other personal contact information. Nobody attacked me yet, there must be a reason for that.

So cut the crap. I'm not the one taking "people's money" to a supposedly offshore website, you are.

Can you put down the tinnies and translate this gobbledegook into English please:

Quote
It seems their not as bright to look up to see that HK was indeed registered first and the UK company is just for the office in the UK.

1. Hong Kong is XPY Limited
2. UK is Mineral International Limited

Web site is trading under the UK registered name.

The UK company that is just for the office in the UK is called Mineral International Limited, the name under which the exchange is trading. What does "just" mean in this instance?

The project was first announced as a pre-announcement picture which therefore leads one to believe that Mr. Garza was involved in this new few days old project before it became a few days old project...

Because of this, you are associated with him and his currently and massively (in my opinion) failing company/coin.

Either deal with it or prove beyond a reasonable (and by reasonable I mean deemed reasonable by a non-hashtalk member) doubt that Mr. Garza is not in any way associated with your exchange.

Yes it's called a Registrar Service Provider which can be located anywhere in the World. Ditto.

Dude... your registrar, joker.com, is a German company. They don't need an HK address to register .com domain names. I'm in the US and for a long time all my domains were registered by 1&1 while they were still only Germany based... they had NO US office at that time and my servers all sat in Germany... so, not buying it :-)

Why in the world would you keep mineral up as obviously it is very tainted yet only a few days after launch. If I were you I would scrap it and start over with a different name completely not associated with gaw. Take anything gaw gave you and give him the finger like he has done to everyone else.
