When you are going to add skrill and debit card. Any expected date?
And in how many days your  Personal BIT-X CRYPTO VISA card will reach at my home?

Thanks

The debit card may be out as early as March! I will get back to you regarding the acceptance of skrill shortly.

Question in regards to 2. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (USD and EUR) deposits.

Can you use a prepaid visa debit card to deposit with or is it only allowed to use normal bank visa debit card to load funds up with ?

You may use any card that supports a 3D Secure System (so I would assume a prepaid card would work fine). You can also initiate card-checks whereby BIT-X reserves a small sum and you are asked the exact sum reserved (this system is also used by Paypal).

I tried to mine with bit-x for a while and I am dissapointed to say that income from mining doesn't match current difficulty and is much lower than it should be. I am waiting for explanation and missing difference in payment unless properly explained.

The facts. I purchased 950 GHs there few days ago and the payments are as follows:
MINING   2015/01/27 01:10   BTC   + 0.00814745 BTC   Mining earnings
MAINTENANCE FEE   2015/01/27 01:10   BTC   - 0.00543227 BTC   Mining Maintenance Fee
MINING   2015/01/26 01:10   BTC   + 0.00814745 BTC   Mining earnings
MAINTENANCE FEE   2015/01/26 01:10   BTC   - 0.00655463 BTC   Mining Maintenance Fee

So the revenue from mining with 950 Gh/s is only +0.00815 BTC before fees, while it should be 0.01087 (https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty, or whatever calculator) at current difficulty. The difference is -25%.

Screenshots available.

Huh

I'm following up on your problems. Here is an answer that will hopefully sort things out!

First of all please check both https://bit-x.com/account/notifications & https://bit-x.com/account/support/index for any messages that you may have received from the BIT-X system regarding your verification.

When there is an issue with a user's verification request (be it blurry documents or unclear paperwork), BIT-X creates a support ticket for the user. These messages can be found at the above addresses. Hope this helps clear up some uncertainty.

Are you having trouble with SMS verification? cannot seem to receive any of your confirmation texts. Since I had my session still active on my desktop, I had to go there... From there, I'm trying to switch to another number, but the other number is also not getting texts. Anything up?

Yes, still having the same issues. The number works correctly... Meanwhile, tried to create a new account with another phone number and it worked. I had no funds in the other one, so I'll just switch accounts, I think... Smiley

Dear Users,

First of all, we would like to extend our appreciation for your feedback about our service. We take your considerations seriously and strive to be as responsive as possible to all your comments. We are confident that this approach will help us improve BIT-X.

We have recently been made aware of an issue which affected our mining system and have conducted tests of the mining earnings algorithm for our hash owners. The test revealed an error – users received fewer bitcoins for mining than they were due, as a result of an invalid rounding of values.

At this point in time, our team is developing a script which will calculate the insufficient payment and transfer the shortfall amounts to each affected user. This will be finalised in the earliest possible timeframe. We apologise profoundly for our fault and assure you that all losses will be remunerated.

Please note that our mining system is currently under going the beta phase. A stable version has been set for the end of February. We have chosen by no means the simplest way; we have decided to put in place the most exact algorithm for bitcoin accrual for mining. This algorithm will factor in a transaction of hashes on the exchange accurately to within one second and will distribute a reward in accordance to these transactions. This approach will ensure customers will not lose their reward on the day of selling or purchasing. Instead users will receive a portion of their reward on the day when hashes were bought or sold.

Kindly inform us of any notes about our mining system or exchange operations. We promise to pay attention to all your feedback!

Best regards,
BIT-X Team
