Hey guys,
I tried to log in at Bit-X but can't, as it said that it has sent confirmation code to my mobile phone, but I didn't receive any... Also, the "Call me, please!" Option ain't working at all, instead would have logged in using that alt only...

The "Call me,please" button activates after 30 seconds.
SMS is working for me, i get the confirmation code.Just tested it.

Maybe, but I waited for more than a minute there, but it didn't work.
Also, I didn't receive any confirmation code from them yet.

If they don't mind, I would advice them to try to improve this a bit...

i cant get the confirmation code too what is actually hapening?

But still, I would say that they should repair their SMS thing as I never ever received any confirmation code through that method, even while trying "Resend Code" option many times...

Yeah there support service is bit lazy. But dont worry ypu can post your problem here marco will reply you when he will be online

Sometimes its instant but there are instances that it takes for awhile to receive it.

I really think there should be per-computer sessions. Its annoying I have to find my phone every time I want to login. Maybe once a week reset the 2fa, but if its on the same computer and the same IP, it gets kind of annoying.

Yes +1 your idea. Like coinbase. One you send a code to your mobile after intering it in the site they will ask you that save this session  for 30 days.
Its a great idea unless you have to send his code every time when you login to that site

I think 7 days is a bit better. Instead of a cookie it should be IP based so if the user changes IP it should be required for 2fa. It just gets annoying and sometimes I don't have cell service and I can't even access the site. Or add a 2fa system which could be accessed from computer like google authenticator I believe.

Sometimes its instant but there are instances that it takes for awhile to receive it.

But I actually never received it through SMS ever even after waiting for the code for hours sometimes and watching the screen only.
I think they should improve this feature a bit.

We ignore BTC txouts which are less than 0.0001 BTC
and LTC txouts less than 0.001 LTC
