is there any news when they will be releasing the 28nm mining. Also is there any way to lower the fees as alot of people have said some of us folks wont use the card alot to cover the 5 transactions and the fee per transaction is not cool. Like the ANX Premium card i card i use it to go to the strip club so wife wont find out LOL like 1 or 2 times a month

Google authenticator is now available! Check it out: https://bit-x.com/account/default/dashboard (under 'Security Section' then 'Two-Factor Authentication')

Enabling it will remove the need to receive a text message with a verification code every time you login. You will still need a valid phone number when signing up.

Unfortunately something is wrong with your google 2FA.
I am using this on the daily basis, especially on exchanges and there I have no issues.
But on Bit-X it was a bad experience: I had to enter the codes about 15 times (!!!) until one was accepted. I don't know, is your google auth clock not sync-ed well??
For now I had to switch back to SMS 2FA. Please check your google 2FA.

Same here. Looks like everyone is affected. I made wd request over 3 hours ago and it hasn't yet been initiated.

Are wd requests manually approved?

AFAIK no. I think when we withdraw, thy bundle up few withdrawals and send them in one transaction. I am not sure though. I have received the amount I withdrew after a few minutes. It might happened due to lack if funds in hot wallet which I think isn't plausible.

Whatever the reason was, my withdrawal eventually came through (few hours ago). Funds received.

In some places, receiving text messages from these services takes some time but receiving a call is usually faster. Call option in BIT-X won't cost you anything but it maybe different in other sites.

You can enable Google 2FA which will replace text messages with OTP you get from Google Authenticator or Authy.

did you change cell phone providers or your number? Maybe did you buy a new phone so now you are using same phone number but different phone? Not sure that would make a difference but trying to cover all aspects that might affect it.

I am in eastern Europe and it works fine for me.
I don't think you have to pay something for received calls unless you are answering not in a country where you have your cell phone contract at the moment.
Anyway that's why there is Google authenticator isn't it? Just don't tell me that you are into crypto and got no smart phone
