They don't get enough traffic by advertising there as it is "Trashcan v2".

there's a lot of us there who are extremely active, it's a growing board, a lot more active than other ones that are accepted here. Personally I've made over 150 posts there in the last week

It's not about "how many users are active there", it's about "how many interested users are active there". BIT-X is an exchange and cloud mining provider. So they will get more traffic if users post in boards such as Mining, Services, Service Announcements, Beginners & Help etc... In Investor-based Games sub-board, users who want to trade will be very low AFAIK.

Also, most of the sites there will eventually be a scam and this it would not be good to have the signature there as people will most likely form a misconception that Bitx is also a scam. In investor-based game sub board, it is very easy to spam semi constructive post and still get accepted.

Depends on when did you sign up. if you sign up on Wednesday, it will pay you every Wednesday.

You can post there. Those post won't be paid but it's not forbidden to post anywhere.
