If your concern is privacy, you might as well use a burner number or a service like pinger.com/tfw to sign up. Same thing I did with paybase since I don't trust them with having my number.

But bitfury is an established company. I used a number from a phone I own with no worries.

My worry is SMS's that never come and phone calls that never are made, so I'm unable to sign up, like it is happening to me right now.

All payments are made by the end of the month. So you'd need to make 50 posts to get paid on 31st January. If you don't hit the minimum, your post will be rolled over, but you'll get paid by the end of Feb.

That's how it worked in the first month anyway.
