Hmm, i still havent had all my post paids from back then. (From when the bot swap happened)

I did receive a manual payout of 150 posts, but i had like 235 posts unpaid. So i can *shrug it off*, but i'm still losing a bit of posts from in between payouts because they're only paying for example 150 posts if you did 200 posts over 10 days.

This has happened at both the last 2 payout date missed. And now the bot is late again. It seem like switching bots made it worst, that all.

Marco...why not take this campaign and make it flat rate with monthly payments? That would solve all of your issues and stop 50% of the posts in this thread.

Simple...you get paid a certain rate. With the lack of other campaigns people will stay and it will curb all the useless posts. Posting should not be affected from campaigns... People who openly post for pay like amph will just have less "work" to do...

You'd have to say for example 0.07BTC per week, 80+ posts. Then you'd lose anyone who can't do 80+ every week and everyone who wants to make more. I would not mind discussing a flat rate depending on my average post count per week, but i don't think phil's deal would work for me, or my deal would work with others, etc.

Flat Rate for Full Member = minimum 50 posts per month for.1BTC

In theory the post count should be irrelevant because no one posts just to be paid right? Everyone just posts and you just happen to get a reward for doing what you would be doing anyways...right?

Whatever Marco decides rate wise, but I see no downside to flat rate personally. Monthly payments are better since you get a useable amount rather than multiple small payments also easier for marco to just do 1 tx per month.

Whatever Marco decides rate wise, but I see no downside to flat rate personally. Monthly payments are better since you get a useable amount rather than multiple small payments also easier for marco to just do 1 tx per month.

As i suggested i think that it is enough to make avg. 25 post per week,

Flat rate is the best for both parties less fees on transaction (75% less).

Personally i like more fixed rate, it's comfortable and less stress.

Even if you want to play the moral card and i find it arguable in the first place. The post count is still important, since thats the publicity they're paying for. I'd love to get paid for simply having the signature held on all the 3k whatever posts i have, but thats not how it works apparently.

But i can say without shame that what motivate me to get on my computer, login and check the beginners, mining support and hardware section and then reply to those and give information to people who are asking for information or support, is not the just the good within my soul, but the fact i'll be rewarded with a tiny bit of BTC for those posts. Its not like i ever, ever got a tip for giving very valuable information from someone i helped, so...

I don't get on to spam useless posts, but i do get on to post useful posts and get a small reward for them.

If other campaign member are also allowed to post here than I also want to give some suggestion.
I think fixed weekly, biweekly or monthly are good. As this campaign is most running here more than 9 months I think has been passed. I think you don't needed much advertisement of bit-x. Just hire few good posters, pay them at fixed rates. It will be nice.

If they do they should be kicked. Pretty easy to look at the members here and see who is a shit poster and who is not.

I have no real motivation in this since I have been flat rate monthly for ages. I just figured with all the complaining this is easier.

I'm no longer part of the campaign but I would like to say : a fixed/flat rate (not based on the number of made posts) is more appropriate in this case and it will reduce the spam.

I like weekly pay out.  As far as fixed or not I'm not to worried.  I focus on good post's and not amount.   I would hope the fixed keeps the 100 post payment in mind.  If it paid for 100 posts I am happy.   And that is from someone who normally is on a lot and has far more then 100.

I think fixed weekly would be best if we go to fixed.  Which I think most would be ok with fixed.   Only problem I see is you need to do fixed with X amount of posts per week or something.  If you don't there are some inactive that would make the fixed and have a few posts.

I also don't have a problem with weekly payments based on number of posts with a limit like we have now.  The limit stops spam, so I do see a reason for limit.
