Hey all,

I have a S3+ B11 right here which stopped working. I'm not sure why, but after I changed the IP I cannot connect to the machine anymore. I tried resetting the machine but nothing worked. The green LED and the red LED are on (not blinking, both just on). When I run a network scan I can see the IP from the machine, but I cannot ping it or connect to it.

I tried a crossover cable, setting a static IP to my computer and connecting it 1on1, tried resetting it.... I got no ideas left. Do you guys have any suggestions or ideas?

Edit: when I try resetting the machine, the LEDs just stay on.

After reading pretty much all related posts on Bitcointalk, still no working solution for this issue. Help! Sad

Yes I did find out it is using 192.168.0.180 in a IP scanning tool, but I cannot ping or reach it. Cannot reset, as that button does nothing...

Maybe you should have posted this in the "S3 support thread" so they can help you. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=671189.0

Please post when you get it working. It will be interesting to know support times, repair times, shipping times and therefore overall down time.
