If you're going to withdraw at ATM in one of the banned countries then unfortunately it will be blocked, sooner or later... Unless you want to risk with 1-2 withdrawals then trash it.

I'm very interested in ordering many of your cards, but unfortunately, I live under a country which, according to your first post, is restricted to use.

What I can do to avoid to the max the possibility of being blocked?

A very good option would be to use the cards for doing a Western union online transfer. It even lifts the card's withdrawal limits if you send e.g. 500€ to Panama or another restricted country. And you get the cash at a shop around your corner, often without video surveillance to stay private.

WU officially just accepts transfers when the cash receiver verifies himself at the cash out station, but we all know that the operators of such shops often aren't very serious and give you the money without further check of your identity ("I forgot my passport etc..." - MTCN and name is enough )

I'm doing this way if cashing those cards out as it keeps the VISAs alive for a very long time.

Do you think that problem would be solved by not sending money DIRECTLY from abroad but through transferwise? Because that way you receive the money in your currency? Im just wondering if this works...

I can take responsibility for amounts up to 100$.

100$ is only temporarily amount, it will be higher when tested more.

From my own tests it works, but needs to be checked on bigger scale.

However to apply for my guarantee you need to meet following conditions:

- no other methods of loading now or previously
- no quazi-cash transactions
- no automatic gas distributor transactions
- you can't use it on territory of countries that are forbidden by bank (I listed them in product description)
- you can't use it on territory of countries that are suspected for supporting the terrorism (http://www.state.gov/j/ct/rls/crt/index.htm)
- you can't use it on territory of tax heaven countries.

Great majority of my customers comply with these rules.

Hello everybody,
card works !
But with one big problem.
For exemple i prepaid 800 euro in to a card and i purchase something and pay for it via online store.
Transfer was done and order completed.
After 1 day, onlineshop informs me that payment was risk and not trustful.
Then the onlineshop refund my money in to a card.
I try it 3 times
i spend money in Italy, Holland and UK
Only transfer under 100 euro was successful.
Could you help me where i could spent my money???
(no AMT,paypal or bitcoin)
I would like to buy something ...
I thing that so many online payment system does not accpet this cards untrustful
