I find it quite funny that someone who has been out of the game for over a year and a half can jump right in here, get this shit up and running with minimal help... but someone who is on here daily... can't get it running to save his life... user error.

OR... he/she is a troll... in which case... nobody cares.

My server is in texas, so i'll find a host in europe to help others connect easy

Is anyone in any other region of the world having problems?

I'm having hell in the southern hemisphere. Been crashing a bit as well. Will wait for the next release.

Tell me more about the crashes and we can fix it. Please keep in mind that this is a x64 release

I have wiped all, for now I'm using a blank wallet. Will see how it goes. If it crashes again I'll give you the details. I am running bit so I don't see why it would be a problem. Just saddened by the no sync and inability to mine. But it will get there.

As I write this after trolling the thread for all the nodes, I have managed 3 connections and as we speak I have made it to block one.

Edit:

From there I have to close the software and then it starts from zero blocks again.

found this one, is he a troll too?

I can confirm the latest wallet (v0.30.17.2-Win64) is crashing upon opening, even when started clean with an empty data folder.

EDIT:
Seems that starting the wallet with the -debug parameter starts it without issues on Windows 8.1 x64.

What happens if you add the -debug parameter in the shortcut? I'm nearly 100% in-sync, will be doing some testing.

I've been in-sync for several hours, mining, and I have even restarted the machine several times for equipment/driver installation.

I haven't lost any information... and I have over 1200 coins in my wallet.

Win 7 x64
Xeon L5640
24GB DDR3 2400 (@1600 8-8-8-29)
Radeon R9 290 4GB
Radeon 7870 2GB

8500cpm during mining.

Currently fighting with heat... that's the only issue I run into.

Had hoped to take a night off, but no such luck  Cry

Ok so i am almost done, also managed (pure luck) to find a bug that would have affected us later.

@cisahasa, take a pill and relax, i'm always here to help those who have trouble getting started. We have confirmed and acknowledged the bug with windows, it is a very subtle issue that we plan to deal with , but currently as you can see from the flurry of updates, we are in a fire fighting mode to deal with the massive changes over the last major update.

@ renegadepcsolutions  welcome aboard, though i should warn you that very soon solo mining with that much power will not make sense unless price rises x10.

I tested the latest release and it intermittently crashes also W7 x64

Can you please run it with -debug flag and post the debug log when it crashes ? What is the crash message?

Solo-mining over a 4-hour period landed me over 1400 coins.

It seems that the Bitcredit Explorer is down for the count.

Aha! that did the trick  Smiley
For the time being, I'm transferring all my coins to bittrex, not for selling, but for let them do the dirty work.
Since January I have only problems with the wallet. I'm not confident any more that I don't lose my coins by accident.

Edit: I was nikos64 my account hacked.

Is that why my client is having trouble connecting to the blockchain?

Blockchain is working just fine, sent over a thousand txes in the last half dozen blocks. Paid 0.0001 each time too, lucky miners...  Grin

Can anyone confirm working pool addresses?

I would definitely love to hop into a working pool, but none of them have been up.

CRASH!

How about you follow the advice of using the -debug flag and instead of polluting the thread you post a Full log on pastebin and post just the link here or open an issue on github...?
