How is it that you made over $5,000 from selling HBOGo accounts? How much are you paying for them?

He probably didn't pay anything for those accounts. There are some programs you can buy that actively brute force accounts and give you some each day. There are such programs for netflix, hbo, spotify and other subscription websites too. Or he just bought them in bulk real cheap and resold them at a higher price. Those accounts are worth close nothing since they're both subscription based and shared. Yet people are amazed by the word free and actually buy hacked accounts.

I highly doubt that he managed to make any good money selling accounts though. Judging by his recent activities he most likely made the big money from carding.
He isn't even selling them for very much money. Even if he were to sell them at the rate that netflix charges per month (>$10) then he would have had to have sold more then 500 accounts. I just can't imagine that he sold that many

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

It should be common sense where the money came from given the circumstances. Hell, I knew before the scam accusations were even made just by the dudes name and the amounts of BTC he was selling and the way he was selling them.

Google Albert Gonzalez and tell me what pops up.
You're an amateur.

Since the 90s?
Your grammar says otherwise skid.

I'm cracking up.

Shadowcrew brings back memories.

Not really sure how Cumba is relevant to your point though. He was a snitch first and foremost. Anyone can connect to an unsecured wifi and capture dumps in real-time.

I made a lot of money back in the SC days working with deck and cha0, all legit now... That was what, like 12 - 13 years ago? Jeesh...

Yea HBO seems to be on a scamming spree from multiple accounts. Hopefully BadBear will look into HBO's alts and will tag them all like he has to other serial scammers with a lot of accounts.

DAMN, HBO went off the deep end.  Undecided
LOL $5000 is going off the deep end

I didn't scam.

I am starting to think the money was not even yours.
Perhaps you were the middleman of the deal and lost the funds just like myself.

You scammed someone for $150 via PP (they can get the funds back).
You need to start thinking logically.
If the money wasn't mine why would I waste all this time on the forum trying to get it back? I consider myself scammed until I get all the funds back

Roll Eyes. You can't scam other people to recoup your funds. This is ridiculous. Now you've just given segev the excuse to not pay you anything (not that he was ever going to pay you it all back anyway) and you've lost all sympathy with everyone.

This is an enormous clusterfuck. A chain of scammers.

He went out to recoup his funds. He did so by scamming other innocent members at bitcointalk. Now Segvec is never going to pay you back considering you ripped off people here. You are in just as much trouble as he is. Two wrongs do not make a right. This makes you and Segvec both guilty. Two morons who love to scam. hilariousandco is right, scammers scamming scammers. Man you think he's gonna pay me at all if he made me wait this long? He didn't just scam me, he gave me hope and destroyed that hope. That's 100x worse than regular scamming

I am not sure why, but for some reason I doubt that many people would be willing to make any deals with you without using escrow.

What would you say if someone who is escrow wanted to do a deal with you?
