It is likely, over a year has passed since last announcement of the dev. Maybe they abandoned the project.

What seems weird to me is that the seed nodes still work, so there is someone that is paying a host somewhere to hold at least one of the 2 seed nodes....

Elon Musk is investing heavily in the exploration of Mars, more than 50% of its investments, Elon Musk will not be able to develop everything. Any help contributing to this task is welcome.

I noticed that there are still mining going on from the network.
Also chainradar site is still having RD in the listing.
Hopefully it will come to some real use of the coin.

I don't think there's that possibility! I don't know any way to contact, the only way might be Twitter if they still have actives.
