How do these websites create the input forms for addresses and so on? I would like to create a giveaway website however I only code in HTML and CSS currently, my PHP, JS and other coding skills are limited. A template or tutorial help me a great deal getting started.

Don't know if anyone else has had this issue but on coinad.com the banner
saying how much you won no longer displays anything and after entering
a bitcoin address and typing in the captcha's there is always an error saying
that the verification code is wrong - entered the captchas 5 times and always
got the error ...
Also I did register at their site and jumped thru hoops to earn bitpoints by following
the links to do surveys and respond to offers - all I got was a huge increase in spam
in my inbox ... I gotta say registering with them to "earn bitpoints" is not worth the
time.

When that happens I just reload the page until the "You just won X Bitcoins"
graphic shows up.  It might be the site being really busy that causes the
graphic to not show up sometimes.

Yes I always recommend to avoid any of those surveys and offers, on any sites, not
just this one, or just free Bitcoin sites, especially ones where you have to download
something or give out any personal information.

The best reason to register with them is to make it easier to delay payment and build
up a balance under one address(that you don't have to try and remember later) and
then withdraw them later when the balance is high enough.

It is unnecessary. Once entered into the database each newbie will be eligible for a chance to win each day, even if they have won already on another day.

The number of entries in the db, I am thinking ( as always, suggestions welcome ), will be capped when the lotto is 6 months old ( in about one month )
or at a max of 1000.  After that for each new entry the oldest one will be removed.   The current number of entries is 591.
