To quote from the admin of the site:

I am sorry but This site will be shut down for an indefinate period of time.. I just poured in another $250 worth of advertising in to this and some of you hackers out there just stole it. I have tried really hard to make this a success and spent a lot of money just to find people cheat and hacked it. Needless to say I am sorry for those legitimate users and advertisers. - Admin

Will be removed from the list on the next update.

I had a bad feeling when balance went to 0 after payment request was made and no payment received. They owe me 0.00245000. Should have stopped being a lamb after getting stiffed the first time The site is still up. These no-money sites should put up warnings of no payment instead of business as usual.

Yep. There's a regime in this forum to avoid Newbies mingling with those who find themself better.

It's unfortunate that more than a few sites operate like that. Why give out BTC when you can get people coming to your site and clicking on ads etc., while giving out nothing?  That is why I list discontinued sites in the OP; so people know which sites to avoid, and so people won't keep posting recommendations for certain non-working sites to be added to the list, when they come across these sites in the wild.
