Apprezzato molto l'approfondimento. Uno dei pochi in italiano. Su alcune cose non sono molto daccordo e forse si sono dimenticati l'attacco 51%. Hanno secondo me trascurato gli aspetti negativi del sistema bitcoin, come 10 min per i pagamenti istantanei diventano troppi (oltre alle 6 conferme), le pool mining che ormai hanno il controllo dell'hash rate mondiale, un exchanger che gestisce l'80% del trade, la blockchain che diventera' sempre piu' grande e che ora bisogna scarcarsi 9gb di roba, etc... Si sono concentrati molto sul mining per evitare che la gente si getti a pesce in questo mondo rimettendoci e questa cosa e' molto buona.

Direi che è la comune risposta di uno legato alle origini e/o abbastanza chiuso mentalmente. E' come dire che Bitcoin non è e non può essere usato come moneta perchè: è usato da pochi.

Conoscendo i lavori di Simone Aliprandi, escludo entrambe le ipotesi. Purtroppo è la legge italiana ad essere medievale, e un avvocato non può cambiare le leggi... E' come dire che Bitcoin non è e non può essere usato come moneta perchè: è usato da pochi.

Cio� che la crittografia o il timestamp, sono poco efficaci (o comunque meno efficaci) rispetto a quelli che si appoggiano su un pubblico certificatore (vedi firma digitale ai sensi del CAD, vedi PEC, vedi marcatura temporale legata alla firma digitale ai sensi del CAD...). Non ho ancora letto il link che hai messo, ma quanto scritto sopra mi sembra un parere basato sullo status quo.

Non ho ancora letto il link che hai messo, ma quanto scritto sopra mi sembra un parere basato sullo status quo.
A me sembra un parere basato sulla sua esperienza. Infatti poco prima scrive: Bello. [...] Questi sistemi hanno una falla non da poco dal punto di vista legale.
Evidentemente i tribunali italiani danno maggior peso ad una marcatura temporale ottenuta per via tradizionale. (che comunque è una strada alternativa rispetto al deposito SIAE, che potremmo considerare preistorico)
