So the terms on the bonus are worded a little strangely. Want to make sure I'm understanding you.
Players must wager 35 times the deposit amount to unlock bonus credit.
This makes sense. 35x rollover on the initial amount. But what does "unlock" mean? Does that mean when we wager 35x, we'll get the bonus amount added to our balance? Or does that mean that when we deposit, we'll get the bonus amount added instantly and after we wager 35x we'll be able to withdraw it?
While bonus is enabled your locked real funds are used in bets before the bonus balance.
Seems like this is just here because of the "You can forfeight your bonus at any time. Doing so will remove all your bonus credit and add your locked real funds to your normal balance." clause to make sure that people don't deposit in an attempt to freeroll on the bonus amount?
Up to 5% of your bonus balance will count towards your wager requirement to unlock.
What? 5% of just the balance? That doesn't make much sense.
100% of your slot wagered amount (up to 5% of your bonus balance) will count towards unlocking.
50% of your roulette and blackjack wagered amount (up to 5% of your bonus balance) will count towards unlocking.
So it's only a 35x rollover on slots, it's a 70x rollover on bj/roulette.
And the "5% of bonus" rules don't make much sense. Are you trying to say that when you are playing with your "bonus funds" (so half of your total balance after you deposit or under) you aren't unlocking your bonus? That's going to lead to a TON of confusion and poor customer experience. Just make it so that the bonus is unlockable, that seems to be the goal of all of these rules and it's way more straightforward and understandable by the players.
