Only reason i could think of if they won this amount before and is just recycling it thru the system because they don't know what else there is too do with that kind of obscure amount of bitcoin.

I'd say we are in front of an accounts farmer who forgot to log out from one account and login to another to answer himself and farming both accounts (in the benign assumption he is farming only two accounts).
I may be wrong but really can't imagine another reason for what we see.
