QUICK UPDATEThe kobocoin android wallet is now available on both Google Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tribesman.kobocoin_android_wallet& Amazon AppStore http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kobocoin-Wallet-BETA/dp/B00XR73N9S/I'm just waiting for BlackBerry World to come online (regulation and legal things needed to be resolved - almost a week talking with BlackBerry now). Once the link comes online we'll start publicizing the whole Kobocoin project. iOS is a conundrum, but I'm in talks with the relevant people to resolve this. Apple don't seem to like cryptos (apart from DOGE). I have to find a way around this, or change their minds (yeah, right).

For iOS, maybe look at ƀread, it's on github at https://github.com/voisine/breadwalletSince the wallet stays on the phone, I think it's the best choice for bitcoin on iOS currently. Maybe you can make some magic happen and have an easier time with it than Android.

The only issue is that I have no experience with Macs, and XCode (the IDE) requires OSX Server. I've been talking to a few devs about the iOS wallet. There's a few options out there now. I do like the idea of a decentralized wallet though.

Thank you Tribesman. Good Job. I'm glad to hear it's resolved. The updated app has been rejected by Google Play store because any donation payments must go through their payment system. I just received the reply so I'll get a new wallet built and distributed. Should be on Google Play and BB World soon. The updated Android wallet (for any users experiencing this issue) is available immediately on the Amazon App Store. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kobocoin-Wallet-BETA/dp/B00XR73N9S/Please download from there until updated app is released on Play and BB.

UPDATE
The updated mobile wallet is now available on Google Play and Amazon App Store. BB World takes a lot longer to review/publish, but the process is started.
I'm now looking into getting the exchange values for the wallet.
I've also published the Desktop wallet to Amazon App Store (or sent if for app review, followed by publishing). It's a test to see if they'll allow desktop wallets. If so, then I'll publish all desktop wallets and binaries so that all desktop software can be downloaded from Amazon.

UPDATECrypto Boys! Please welcome the new Head of Business Strategy and Marketing for Kobocoin. The honourable Simi Belo - http://www.simibelo.com She is briefed with helping us grow the Kobocoin brand within the African continent and beyond. If you're looking for pedigree, Simi was part of the team that launched the original "The Sims" game from Electronic Arts (EA). She was head of Marketing at EA (UK) at the time. She will make a big difference to Kobocoin. She needs to get up to speed with crypto, but it leaves me time to get on with moving the tech forward without letting interest wane (as it appears to have done now).

Thanks, and apologies for the delay. There's still more to do with the wallets. I'll post updates as more services come online.

Quick update. The numbers have been crunched, and we're deciding on the next steps. I'm now looking into the regulatory side of things. We need to avoid a scenario like this: http://uk.businessinsider.com/ripple-just-got-slapped-with-a-700000-fine-2015-5/I'm still working on adding exchange values to the mobile wallet but I've been distracted by paperwork and legal/regulatory issues (and rightly so - do it now, or risk a fine, or even prison, in the future). These things will take some time, but this doesn't stop us continuing to let people know what we're about. We're discussing future developments with the wallet and services, but I don't want to post anything here until it's agreed and rubber-stamped. So please bear with me.
