The only reason anyone ever listened to him is because he did know about the bitstamp hack before anyone else. Now he wasted the cred he built for pretty much nothing... so I think he did expect that some news will come out of the conference, or maybe the bitlicense to be published, so he can claim that he knew about that and it never happened. So now he claims it was a ploy.. bullshit.

So did anything interesting happen at the Miami Bitcoin conference?

Yes! Matt Carson has a booth set up passing out refunds with no questions asked to all those requesting such.

Also, there was a surprise announcement that at the end of the conference there's going to be a surprise announcement. Rumor has that it may have something to do with Pattaya, but that's only a rumor. Meanwhile, at Meze grill...

Wondering how he gets so many retweets/favs, first time i heard of him, not many of the big industry names follow him.  Yet he knew about bitstamp ahead of time.  Sticking with ETF positive news prediction, seems like the kinda information someone like him might have gained access to.

I think you may be him as many times as you keep mentioning this "he knew the bitstamp hack" bs.. he knew the site was froze like everyone else and made a guess.

Don't forget manipulating the price and making a fucking killing thanks to 50 threads on several forums, hundreds of tweet crazies and reddit ppl going out of their way to make as many threads as possible to just get even more attention on every word that falls from my fingertips onto the keyboard.

Maybe the village idiots in here will learn a thing or two from being schooled by this "fat guy" who just made a small fortune along with his closest associates thanks to all the help you gave him by keeping him relevant and constantly talked about.

Oh you ARE this Adam Guerbuez.

lol

Good one.

(Still curious how you "knew" about Bitstamp, though, since that's the reason people believed you.)

lol spot on. Its too obvious isnt it? He makes some claim, then uses sock puppets to speculate on his prediction. -sigh- next

So, just because people post here, they're following him? Good job Adam Guerbuez, your viral marketing techniques seem to be working really well. [/sarcasm]

So did anything interesting happen at the Miami Bitcoin conference?

I didnt hear anything that was ground breaking. The usual talk about how bitcoin has potential to take over other areas of finance, banking, remittances, etc.  The need for better security, talk about multi-sig.

Tony Gallippi of Bitpay spoke about his company, Jeff Garzik talked about the updates to bitcoin core, Brock Pierce was on a startup-VC panel (i.e. shark tank).  Paul Vernon of Cryptsy talked about his introduction to alts.

There was an interesting panel about TA on speculating bitcoin and other investments.

One of the panels on regulation mentioned a possible law (like bit license in NY) to be made by another state in 2nd to 3rd Qtr.

Wow, there sure are some butthurt egoes on here.

All the guy did was use his own twitter feed for a bit of melodramatic hyping to drive traffic to the #bitcoin thread and your all throwing your toys out the pram cos he didn't make you rich overnight.

he's only doing what he knows what to do which is nothing constructive really

What he did was a damn sight more constructive than these wailing posts. What did you ever do to promote the interests of crypto-startups ?

It was clear from the start that something like this was going on (with the exception of the possibilities I cited in my earlier posts). If you had all taken the dollar signs out of your eyes you might have seen that.

Yeah you got me there, I have do nothing to promote crypto except to be a user of it. He has done so much more for the community, right. No wonder mainstream media pokes fun at BTC all of the time with people like Adam as a "face" for representing everyone else in the community.

This Adam guy is an immoral loser who obviously lacks getting pussy. All he does is calls names like a 3rd grader. His self esteem is extremely low. If you believed a word he typed you deserved everything you got. I've never seen such a low self esteem loser. Pussy will cure that buddy. Try it out sometime.

I'll bite though. Let's bet 1000 bitcoin I have more than you Adam. You pick the time. We will transfer .00001234 to each other's wallet. Watch this pussy go into hiding.

I don't think that your presence is desired here. Your greedy marketing techniques and ridiculus claims can only make people dislike you. At least please do us the favour and keep your trolling for someone else.
