It will never confirm, it was double spent with this transaction;-

https://blockchain.info/tx/f6af3c3859f1c07e59f95a5e618d4891d4c34bdc80a00385c8f51b64209267a3

There are 30+ confirms on the new transaction so the original one has no way of being confirmed now.
wait did he send those coins to himself? at least thats what i see in your link
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

let's see if the transaction will be confirmed!!!
Did you looked up in the blockchain? If you did you must have missed the fact that the double-spending tx was confirmed 1 minute later after it got relayed.

Yep, it seems even before he sent you that transaction he had already sent all of the outputs to himself.

It is like he wrote a check withdrawing his money, cashed it and then wrote you another check to you that bounced.

Sorry, but it seems that he ripped you off.

(warning: I am using blockchain.info to get this info as I dont have a blockchain right in front of me to check, but yeah...)

There are "dust" outputs in it
1PayC5RCF2aXZ6Rjg2DpVM73gaQbndiZVX  0.00000261 BTC
115TJLNHbc4opemg4k22Liu4qjFjS1UpiY  0.00000783 BTC
1K35XVxqTCwHSCVxddX2MPsbTNTmV7dwbo  0.00000522 BTC
Nobody wants to mine this transaction.
Last time I did a transaction with 2 outputs (one of them was 0) it got confirmed in a matter of hours though I only paid 0.0001 fee.
Most miners will not confirm any transactions that contain any inputs or outputs that are under .00005800 BTC. You have three of which outputs in your transaction.

It is also not possible to have an output of 0

You can have 0 fee transactions but we aware that it will take maybe days to get fully confirmed.

Zero value outputs are valid (although they are non-standard unless output type is OP_RETURN).

Hmm this is very interesting. I have never seen anything like this before.

What would the point be of including a zero value output? I brief google search got me this result, which appears to have something to do with donating an entire input to the miner that confirms the Tx

For non OP_RETURN outputs there are probably no good uses but the original client supported it so to remove it now would require a hard fork.   Short of that the network makes it difficult to use as most nodes will neither relay them or include them in a block but they are still valid.

you are late. there was a transaction which could not be confirmed, then it was double spent. and the second one was confirmed.
the first one must have been removed
