anyone else getting payments and staking small amts without losing weight i keep getting small mints like 30 or so without losing weight

Hang in there. It is sometimes difficult to lose weight. But if the condition persists, cut out sugar and carbs or take a dump. Whatever you do though, never cut out the stake, even if it means putting on extra weight.

good advice ill cut carbs but infuse stake .got it

I advise people to notice the graph in thier wallets data there is very useful to determine the amt of coins BEING HELD  watch for sharp peaks
lol

indeed I find that graph very useful, the dips are either people taking coins out to put on the exchange or people "refreshing" their holdings into one lump sum again which means they start off at 0 weight again.

edit: in the first days I was on this coin the network weight hadn't even reached 1 million yet and I would consistantly find pos blocks with as little as 5000 weight built up...  now with network weight hanging out around 9 million the coin weight needed to find blocks gets higher and higher as we're all competing to find blocks  (currently my wallet is at 23,000+ coin weight and still says about 2 hr wait)

so like I said before soon 100 coins will take days to build up enough weight to find a pos block... you don't lose any % return you just end up getting a bigger chunk all at once

Klopt. Ik denk we (Nederlanders) weer eens voorop lopen als het aankomt op zaken waar geld mee te verdienen valt. Wat denken jullie van Bitcoin in het algemeen? 0, 10, 100, 1000, 10000, 100000 euro over tien jaar?

Mining is over for this coin , this is a guide that helped me greatly on solo mining, it is about litecoin but the principal is the same for solo mining any coin.

Good luck

This coin is POS only so in essence, by setting up your wallet for staking, you are "solo" mining. There is no POW solo mining if that is what you are referring to, so any guide for setup POW solo mining is at most interesting in relation to 10K. If you are referring to solo mining for POW for another coin you want to mine then there are some guides on BCT. To setup POS mining for 10K, you can look at this link.

can someone explain ths to me

Max coinage will be 16 days
Constant staking will never make it to 16 days
To maximize staking yield, reset coinage upon receiving a stake for 0.00
Encourages active, 'manual' minting, while keeping inflation controlled without limiting stake or raising fees. 0 return means you have split as low as you can go. That stake round is over
Six Decimals. Plan accordingly

what do you mean by 16 days.
and how can i reset coin age
what does reset coinage upon receiving a stake mean? is it when i get a reward i should do what to maximize?

Well said up to just before your questions at the end.

Regarding your questions - coinage is how long your coins have been in your wallet without being moved to another address. When coinage gets to 1 hour your coins become mature and are eligible for staking. When coinage gets to 16 days it stops being eligible for staking. Resetting coinage means sending your coins to another address and sending it back again so that the coinage is reset to 0. After 1 our it starts staking again and so the cycle continues. You have to find the optimal way of moving your coins manually at the right times to ensure you get the maximum stake. The chances are high that you will get to 0.00 stake long before the 16 days are over, meaning that you have to move your coins to reset the coinage long before the 16 days are over.

To reset your coinage therefore, send it to another address and back. I send coins to another wallet and back. Others say they send it to another address in the same wallet - I am just old school.

Every time you stake the next amount will be lower, you either have the option of waiting for it to be that low it isn't worth staking or to just reset it every time you stake.
