When will the hard fork will take place? What will be the changes that will be happening to CBX once this is implemented?

We have a Vault and PoSP update (version 2.4.0) coming down the production line, which will be announced soon. This software adjustment will distribute the tx fees to block winner and Foundation (as per current poll results), it will make sure the 2% promised in the white papers is effectively distributed to CBX network and it will make the CBX change address procedure be safer against loss. This one will require a hard fork.

Maybe this new Vault, which will be even more rewarding while still following the 2% inflation profile will be our opportunity to go viral about PoSP ?  For sure I will ask pedrillo0 to publish text on all 30+ crypto forums we are registered to. Other than that, I am waiting for your suggestions how to best spread the good word... my opinion is the best instrument in crypto is word of mouth. Surely you all have friends who are in crypto - tell them about CBX!

Once people read how CBX is setup, its history, its community, they become sold on it!

In my opinion, CBX belongs to spot like #30 in CoinMarketCap, or close by; and that's just a start - the market sees it otherwise now - let's teach this stubborn market some respect!

I think this is the one that you're looking for bitwarrior. It will definitely be at our own benefits and it is more of an upgrade rather than the ones ETH has been dealing with which is corrective purposes.

It is easy to get frustrated by a declining price, believe me, we feel it too. We are large investors of not only our time, but also our finances. Yes you can and you can use the bootstrap from the website last updated May 27th.

Thanks for this. I haven't tried this before. My latest wallet in a VPS has a blockchain downloaded from the scratch because everytime I use a bootstrap I'm getting some errors. I waited for a couple of days for it to be completed.

I think it is better to wait until the devs team release the new version of CBX , the new staking system will give you the chance to make up to 50% profit from staking your coins , the devs team are working hard to release it . At present , staking is not much profitable , but soon sure it will be , and CBX has bright future , so hold your coins and stay tuned .

Of note is that Coins-e which is now offline completely ran off with 12,675 CBX stilll in their wallets, they never updated from CGB and these Canadian scammers may still attempt to move their coins in the future. Like Cryptsy these are coins that belong to their users and so it hoped that any attempt by those scammers to move or sell their coins will be noticed. Same for CoinEX which claimed it was hacked and disapperead with their users coins.
There is also still small amount in Cryptsy wallets that has not been moved, and may also exist other addresses not yet associated to their wallets, they had a very systematic method of staking then sweeping their CGB/CBX addresses every few months so may be even then the receivership is aware of. 9049 addresses seems small compared to total number of users they are belived to have had?

Can we get Cryptoid to tag all the above wallets?  It will make exploring CBX on Cryptoid so much clearer

CBX staking gains are reasonable, from 5% to 15% depemding on network status; mostly around 8%, while inflation of whole money offer is 2%

New hard fork will attribute a part of the tx fees to block winner, again making gains more interesting while not increasing inflation.

At current rate you'll get around 2 CBX per month in staking. The more CBX you keep staking the higher the your staking earnings will be but it will be proportional to that figure. BUT wait til the hardfork as it will give in more rewards without increasing the rate of inflation.

This information is incorrect. CBX will never install a system that will generate 50% profit.

Inflation is 2 % per year over the total network at max. The only reason people can earn ~8-15% is because many coins are not being staked so that part goes to people who do actively stake them.
