We will collate 100 replies or run it for two weeks (whatever comes first). The best reply, i.e. the reply that is constructive and that contribute will win 10,000 BITZ at the end of the survey. Every decent reply will win some BITZ at the end of the survey.

I would suggest that you take part if you have some BITZ, it only takes 5 minutes (...or more if you have something sensible to say).

Does anyone have an opinion as to whether I should prevent BITZ from delisting at C-Cex? I know that we are marked for delisting on 22/10/2015. Are there any advantages of being listed on C-Cex or should I just let us get delisted?

ED: No opinion, so, I will let BITZ delist at C-Cex or rather I am not going to do anything. There has been no trade at C-Cex for a long time.

All giveaways end. It does not help the spread of BITZ and all I get is people just wanting free stuff and have no interest in either contributing or promoting. So, no more free BITZ to anyone.

As I am sure you have noticed, I am doing a little survey (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HCRCB7J) to find out a few things that I will take into account before deciding what to do next. I am also discussing with the other party with regards to a future update. The plan right now is to finish the survey, I am hoping for 100 replies, and then see what people say.

It's a thankless task to try and run and develop a crypto with a tiny community and no other engagement. We are 1 1/2 person doing this and despite having been around for a few months there hasn't been a single person who has expressed any interest in helping out.

Also, what appears to me is that there are a lot (?? few) people just sitting on BITZ waiting for us to "do things" to get the value up so that they can sell. The replies so far to the survey again is pretty abysmal and people just don't care beyond the aspect of value.

people are just sitting around waiting for the price to go up. This is not a good incentive from our point of view and why should we put in the work just to try and make a few bucks for a lot of hangers on?

We are working at our own pace but we are not going away.

No, not really, some has been spent to get block explorers etc. up and running and a couple of nodes etc. At the moment, everything is coming straight out of my own pocket and we have the smallest community in cryptoland

I doubt it, C-Cex post a message saying that you can not withdraw after the delisting, there was a long warning period and they should have sent you an e-mail

The survey has ended and I got 23 complete responses and I have deleted all the incomplete responses. I will publish a summary and propose a direction for BITZ.

Then I will offer BITZ up for a "friendly" takeover if anyone is interested to carry this forward. This comes with Github access, transfer of the https://bitz.biz domain, takeover of the Twitter account with 1068 followers etc. so that you can continue this if you want. I'm not sure if the admins can transfer a BCT board to anyone else, we'll see but my guess is that nobody will be interested so that wont be a problem.

If nobody is interested we will continue to support BITZ but scale down to one block explorer and we will not support any nodes. I will still run a BITZ wallet.

The reason for this is simple, it's too time consuming and expensive to pay for explorers, nodes etc. to run a crypto with what must be the smallest community ever. That is a shame, as the code is good and the network is stable and there is room for development. I do not have enough BITZ and the value is too low to finance these things and then spend a lot of time on something that attracts minimum attention.
