New wallets will be released in two weeks time between 28/03 to 29/03
This is to address an issue with the PoW phase and the new release will stop
the PoW phase at block 500,000. In the meantime just mine or stake and I
anticipate that we will be on C-Cex shortly.

I like that! So the newer wallet will be able to stake only?

Community Funding / Coin Offering
We have been working on checking the code properly and to implement a stop to the PoW at block 500,000.
So far I have funded everything myself and I have needed help to build wallets etc. and get the block explorer running.
At this stage I need funding of around 2 BTC to be able to take this project forward. The funds are needed to create package
installers for Windows / Mac / Linux versions of the wallet. It will also go towards the development of an Android wallet and
a new block explorer. This upgrade will mean that BITZ will be stronger and more stable and as the PoW phase draws to an end
the number of coins will be limited. Once the upgrade is completed I can focus on BITZ adoption, which will start here in London.

I am confident that the future price of BITZ will be fair and substantially higher than it is today.
There is a limited supply of 17,500,000 BITZ after the PoW phase.

Please donate if you want to and then you can use the BTC address below in the OP.

I will offer 40,000 BITZ for sale for 0.00005 BTC each to raise 2 BTC.
PM me to buy in to fund future development.

The coin will easily be worth 10 times that when it’s listed on C-Cex in 1-2 weeks and then Bittrex.
There is currently only a supply of around 1,700,000 BITZ.

I will leave this up for a few days to see how we are doing.

So, it seems to me that we have 40 something miners at Suprnova and 50-70 addresses holding some amount of BITZ and only 13 free votes on C-Cex and nobody has any interest in supporting the project by buying into it for the long term. So, what do all the bag-holders want? Just dump? What exchange would you like the dump to be at?

about c-cex, bitz is on the second place with 251 vote and 0.23 btc deposit for voting. Nobody has any trust
to buy and support coin in the long run. Dev. trust isn`t free, you NEED to earn it.  Wink make new OP with better desing, show road map, be more active on tweeter. Show something more than words, because words don`t mean much here and you know it.

There will be new wallets released and BITZ will be on C-Cex and then we will start work on adoption which is what really matters. If you buy in to cryptos because of fancy graphics then thats your business but I am more concerned right now with getting the infrastructure working properly. As I have explained before, wait for new wallet releases and the end of PoW and then Android.

Obviously if nobody will invest although there are bag-holders then fine, I''l pay to get it running properly but on my terms only.

New Windows, Mac and Linux wallets have been built and are currently being tested, nodes will be updated. The wallets and the new source will be out over the weekend and this is a mandatory update so please stay tuned to make sure you get all the info you need for the update.

There will be a hard fork on block 70,000 which is roughly six days away. Further announcement and new wallet links will be posted soon on the OP. Make sure you stay up to date.

As there is minimal community input we have decided to end the PoW at block 100,000 which will be 3,500,000 BITZ. With the 10% PoS the BITZ supply will be as below (roughly):

Year   Year Interest   Total Interest   Balance
1   350,000.00   350,000.00   3,850,000.00
2   385,000.00   735,000.00   4,235,000.00
3   423,500.00   1,158,500.00   4,658,500.00
4   465,850.00   1,624,350.00   5,124,350.00
5   512,435.00   2,136,785.00   5,636,785.00
6   563,678.50   2,700,463.50   6,200,463.50
7   620,046.35   3,320,509.85   6,820,509.85
8   682,050.99   4,002,560.84   7,502,560.84
9   750,256.08   4,752,816.92   8,252,816.92
10   825,281.69   5,578,098.61   9,078,098.61

I believe this will  benefit everyone that have followed us so far. BITZ will be a bit rarer than first imagined but hey....

Can someone please test the Windows installer  Grin

works for me. Just the runtime error on first launch of wallet. But installer works great. The prompt option to install existing wallet was nice too.

if you update Github, it can be useful also for Pools
and for people who don't use binaries
Thanks
