I suppose the first 1440 blocks may go fast before it stabilises depending on the hashrate

Nothing. Normal wallets cannot do this compression. They are about 8MB and high.

Are you sure that wallet, uploaded there is real and working one?

I tried compressing bitcoin-qt.exe with 7z in ultra settings and it did not shrink less than a mib.
I'd suggest people run this wallet in sandboxie or in a virtual pc.
